Stopped in for breakfast. First time at this location. Was greeted promptly & got seated. Very clean & staff was courteous. Special shout out to a server named Carolina. She was extremely nice & personable. Pancakes & coffee were just right. :)

It all depends on the staff's services. So far this is my favorite IHOP place. Some places are down right nasty, foods suck. Under same franchise name, different types of attitudes.
