Love this location. Nico who looks like Jenna Ortega is a superstar. Her service is Golden Standard which is one of the most important things whenever visiting a restaurant. which is legendary service and experience. Very attentive. Food was delicious, made with passion. It was phenomenal. Will definitely return.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews but I feel people must know. My pregnant wife and I had some time to kill. So we decided to have lunch at this IHOP that was across the street. We didn't know it was going to be a big mistake. At first we ordered two coffees and a quesodilla. Came out pretty fast, but the waitress didn't give us any plates. We had to ask for plates. Then we ordered the main dishes. My wife ordered the bacon egg tacos, hash browns and I ordered a tbone steak with bean sprouts. When the food came out, my tbone steak came with broccoli instead of bean sprouts. Even though I asked for medium rare, the steak was cold. And my wife's tacos, let's just say never again. We didn't even finish our food. What a horrible experience for the price they charge. Only thing decent was the coffee and the garlic bread. I'm guessing people only come here is because there is no other restaurants around within walking distance.

Food is so good , we feel very comfortable being there and we always leave very happy 😊 by far,my favorite IHOP we all agree we ever went to. Rude servers….. and they be serving expired vegetables. Servers are just straight up disrespectful and ruin my whole mood and eating experience.
Clean as usual with actually a good amount of parking despite a busy Saturday morning. This location the pumpkin spiced pancakes had a bit of a gummy texture but the rest was as expected.
Parking: You gave a good chance of getting a spot.

The eggs were cold.Bacon was awful skimpy and cold the pancakes looked sad thin and lukewarm 😩 yet the server was excellent very pleasant. The food was overall.. awful but my Grandson was happy with his chocolate pancake it looked a mess and the strawberry it came either looked old
