Kith And Kith Treats Manhasset

First time coming to Americana after years and was surprised to see this little ice cream shop and I gotta say I wish it was here sooner! Super delicious the 2 guys there were taking care of everyone and accommodating special requests or problems which was great to see. I like that everyone can see them through the big windows and see them make everything it’s like a show. Super nice guys and very tasty definitely coming more often!

Alarming to see such negative reviews when I came here to write completely the opposite! I think management has cleaned up the service since the previous reviews.. Brought my kid in the other day and we had nothing but a positive experience. Staff was super friendly and treated me and my son great and was excited to tell us about the different combos and flavors. I also appreciated how clean it was.

I recently visited Kith and was excited to try their treats, but my experience left much to be desired. My friend and I decided to order some ice cream when we noticed the treats shop was open. However, what followed was quite alarming.
As we placed our order and paid, I observed the worker making our ice cream. To my dismay, he was not wearing gloves. This immediately raised concerns about food safety and sanitation. What really troubled me was that he picked up a piece of chocolate with his bare hands after touching the register screen. It was unsettling to see him touching his face as well, which made me question the cleanliness of the entire preparation process.
Spending over $30 on ice cream should come with the reassurance that proper hygiene practices are being followed.

Unfortunately, that was not my experience at Kith Treats, and I found it both disgusting and unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure that all staff adhere to sanitary guidelines for the safety and satisfaction of their customers.

I regret to say that I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The crushed and swirled toppings lose their taste as they are ground down too fine though it still provides a nice crunch. Their base ice cream is ok so they’d be better off serving the accoutrements as actual toppings. The poor guys serving the ice cream seemed miserable but they were fine to deal with. In fact, they accommodated a special request from another customer professionally. The seating area provided by the shopping center is really nice, clean and by a cool sculpture/fountain.

Rude service, server used a vulgar word to describe something to me and claimed he didn’t have the ingredients to make an advertised special.

the ice cream is amazing service however not too great. went with my friend at 4:55 they were supposed to close at 6 this day.

Wanted to get an ice cream for my kid. We came just after 11 when they were supposed to be open and no one was there. The security inside helped find the person working there and when they finally came said they wouldn’t be ready to open until 12. It was a waste of time. You’re better off going to get ice cream at the Whole Foods across the street.

I drove 10 minutes just to get my son ice cream and he had to wait in line for 20 minutes in the cold weather, when it was time for him the order, the teen brutally rejected him and slammed the window shut even though there was still thirty minutes left until closing time. The service and and the attitude is horrible and this is no way to treat a customer especially an eleven year old boy. Why would anyone still want to buy ice cream at this place when they are targeting the very customers (children) that want to buy their ice cream? I can understand that they all want to go home and all but the attitude and the window slamming was unnecessary. They as if just pretended that he wasn’t there anymore and hopeless. Worst service ever.

Staff must have been high as a kite. My order was skipped numerous times. After asking if they forgot my order the cashier said “I gotchu”. They continued to skip my simple single ice cream order as I watched milk shakes and special ice creams come out for the customers that ordered after me. After asking again on numerous occasions where my order was they continued to say “its coming”. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague until they hire a staff that’s not completely brain dead.
