They make great ice cream mixing in various flavors. What a pretty location near beautiful greenery and a running water fountain. Most notably the service, Omar is a rockstar. Treated my 93-year-old mother like gold.

Ice cream is amazing. Employees are super friendly, especially Andre. I love the vibe they have and how kind they are, I don’t understand any negative reviews. The ice cream and shakes are delicious. I think people in this mall and area just like complaining.

Came to Kith Treats from a video online and could not be happier with the shake. Went with The Fiegster and it was delicious. The employee that helped with my order, Omar, was very patient with me trying to figure out what to get and suggested The Fiegster. Definitely coming back for another try at the shakes. 👏🙌

I got the clothes, but they took my information in ten minutes, made me stand in front of the checkout counter for more than five minutes, and then went behind the curtain and giggled and called me, but no one came. I was really upset. I could have bought it online, but I felt good because I came all the way to the mall. I don't know if it's a problem with the system or the employees. I'm really upset. I had a good day ruined because of this store.

First time coming to Americana after years and was surprised to see this little ice cream shop and I gotta say I wish it was here sooner! Super delicious the 2 guys there were taking care of everyone and accommodating special requests or problems which was great to see. I like that everyone can see them through the big windows and see them make everything it’s like a show. Super nice guys and very tasty definitely coming more often!

Alarming to see such negative reviews when I came here to write completely the opposite! I think management has cleaned up the service since the previous reviews.. Brought my kid in the other day and we had nothing but a positive experience. Staff was super friendly and treated me and my son great and was excited to tell us about the different combos and flavors. I also appreciated how clean it was.

I recently visited Kith and was excited to try their treats, but my experience left much to be desired. My friend and I decided to order some ice cream when we noticed the treats shop was open. However, what followed was quite alarming.
As we placed our order and paid, I observed the worker making our ice cream. To my dismay, he was not wearing gloves. This immediately raised concerns about food safety and sanitation. What really troubled me was that he picked up a piece of chocolate with his bare hands after touching the register screen. It was unsettling to see him touching his face as well, which made me question the cleanliness of the entire preparation process.
Spending over $30 on ice cream should come with the reassurance that proper hygiene practices are being followed.

Unfortunately, that was not my experience at Kith Treats, and I found it both disgusting and unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure that all staff adhere to sanitary guidelines for the safety and satisfaction of their customers.

I regret to say that I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The crushed and swirled toppings lose their taste as they are ground down too fine though it still provides a nice crunch. Their base ice cream is ok so they’d be better off serving the accoutrements as actual toppings. The poor guys serving the ice cream seemed miserable but they were fine to deal with. In fact, they accommodated a special request from another customer professionally. The seating area provided by the shopping center is really nice, clean and by a cool sculpture/fountain.
