Staff must have been high as a kite. My order was skipped numerous times. After asking if they forgot my order the cashier said “I gotchu”. They continued to skip my simple single ice cream order as I watched milk shakes and special ice creams come out for the customers that ordered after me. After asking again on numerous occasions where my order was they continued to say “its coming”. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague until they hire a staff that’s not completely brain dead.

The guy worked didn't seem to happy. Definitely need to change up the staff but the ice cream never disappoints. Not to long of a line, went by fast. Just walk up to the counter and order. The menu is nice and big on the wall so you can decide what you want while waiting on line.

A great spot for treats if you are in the mood! Expect to wait a while if you come here! Kith used to allow indoor ordering but now you must wait outside of the Hirshleifers store to order. I like to come here randomly so waiting during the cold months is the worst so that's why I put it as 4 stars. Staff are usually helpful and patient. Today the staff was really dedicated to making my order and took his time with adding the toppings before handing them off to me! I loved it and it looked delicious. The treats are perfection! They sell ready to order treats that can be ordered as an ice cream or shake, or you can customize your order as you please ! They include from candies, syrups to cereals, in which get blended together with the ice cream! Pricing I think is pretty reasonable and they tend to fill up the cup with as much ice cream as possible !

I drove 10 minutes just to get my son ice cream and he had to wait in line for 20 minutes in the cold weather, when it was time for him the order, the teen brutally rejected him and slammed the window shut even though there was still thirty minutes left until closing time. The service and and the attitude is horrible and this is no way to treat a customer especially an eleven year old boy. Why would anyone still want to buy ice cream at this place when they are targeting the very customers (children) that want to buy their ice cream? I can understand that they all want to go home and all but the attitude and the window slamming was unnecessary. They as if just pretended that he wasn’t there anymore and hopeless. Worst service ever.

I'm giving this place three stars because it's not terrible but also really nothing special. Had the vanilla ice cream with Cookie Crisp and Kit Kat. The ice cream just tasted like a Wendy's Frosty and there wasn't enough of two mix-ins to really taste them. Serving size was also quite small. Range of toppings is actually limited. Had high expectations for this new place given the association with Kith and because I recently went to the Milk and Cream Cereal Bar in Astoria, where I first experienced the whole mixing ice cream with cereal and candy thing. The experience at Milk and Cream Cereal Bar was like a religious awakening, lol. All the yummy stuff from my childhood mixed together in such a delicious way. Pricing is similar but serving size is way bigger and everything tastes so much better. Bottom line, this is more of a hype cream joint than a real ice cream joint.

Big KITH Hypebeast so this was definitely a treat for me while visiting nyc. Long was long but well worth it!!!! Ice cream was soooo good and I also purchased some merchandise. I can't state enough how creamy and perfectly textured this ice cream was. 5/5 Will be back soon nyc !!!!
