This place is horrible! They are extremely unprofessional and they’re food is always way below average. I called to make a small request for my order and the woman on the phone was so rude and started yelling at me. She could have easily just explained nicely that they don’t offer that. I will definitely not be going back! Please avoid, there are so many other better places that have bagels that actually taste like bagels.

Overpriced, food ok. The worst part is, they always forget / missing an item. I ordered a SE on a roll…No sausage… co worker weeks ago ordered 6 things. They forgot an entire salad and sandwich..how!? Busy?! So is everyone else. I’ve learned my lesson.

The behavior of working people is not polite at all. They don't ask ‘how are you’ or ‘hello’, they say ‘are you ready’ as soon as you enter. It's been 2 seconds since I came in, how can I be ready? Then, when we ask for help, they don't even speak properly with a dissatisfied expression. A disaster!

This place is awesome!! We brought about 4 dozen bagels back from NY to San Diego to share with our neighbors and they were ready for our return. Also, we had Manhasset Bagels make a sandwich to take on the plane to eat on our trip home and everyone on the flight wanted that sandwich! The staff is polite, and they seem to know their customers very well. We also had a bacon, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich before heading for the airport and that was a full sandwich that tasted great! We love this place!!

Food tastes great and the staff there are really nice and welcoming. Whenever I'm there the people feel lively and happy, even when the lines are long.EDIT: This place has changed ownership and the quality has gone down, it is a shame. They've messed up orders and service is not the same :(EDIT 2: Okay it's been some time since the change and I will say that things have improved considerably. It's still not the same as before but orders have been more consistent and the staff is nice :)

My husband picks up bagels here. It's fresh, large ...delicious. I usually grab my bagels in the city (Tal Bagels) and Manhasset Bagels are just great too. We normally get their scallion cream cheese. Great place for the neighborhood.

Best bagels ever and friendly service! Please please clean up the place, the tables, the walls, the facade, it is awful. For a business in one of the most exclusive and wealthy towns in the US why does this look so tired and dirty inside and out?
