My last order was delivered to the wrong adress. Customer service was very unhelpful and basically said that it was my problem to solve. Not shopping here again!

My last 3 weeks visited here almost everyday. Weekend is quite busy. I love the coffee here. The taste is great. Pastry has good quality. Most of time I just grab the coffee and leave. So it’s hard to tell much about the service. Until one weekday afternoon it was raining, 3 of 5 tables were empty. I sat down and drinking my coffee for 10 mins then 1 min after opening my iPad. The staff pointed no laptop policy to me. I felt bad at the moment he told me. So I left right away. But the next day I saw a couple using laptops…. It made me feel insulted and discriminated.

Went in today june 1st 2025 around 4:40pm and the minute i ordered the Male guy has a beared light skin had so much bad attitude like just for a second i felt i made a mistake by giving them business. You have this job my dear because you are still getting customers. The coffee is good (being honest) and I still ordered and did not create a scene because i dont like to give people attitude . We all are breathing the same air so may be next time if you are the cashier and reading this review understand this is your job and treat your customers right and if you will continue to give people attitude for no reason then you will get negative reviews throughout your life. It was just a coffee next time do your job right. Ralph should definitely look into their rude employees!!! I wish i could give negative stars for the employees at this location. Disappointed!!!! Free advice for the rude people out there— just try to smile at someone and see the blessings you will get !

Ralph’s Coffee is great spot in Manhasset! The minimalist black-and-white aesthetic is so stylish, and the coffee is top-notch. I’m obsessed with their iced oat milk latte—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. The baristas are friendly, and the outdoor seating is great for people-watching. A bit pricey, but worth it for the quality and vibe.

Bought of of those linen pants and found confusing things! There are 2 labels inside: One states Made in Cambodia but the other says Made in Vietnam. How come? That is not good practice or even illegal thing... need investigation through press or social media.
A great little spot to get away from it all. Great coffee and even better croissants. A must try.

I’ve been going to Ralph’s since it opened. Yesterday, it was 5:30 when I stepped in for an affogato expresso and was told we don’t have anymore expresso, so I ordered ice cream instead, then with an attitude, I was told I could not seat down because they were closing. I asked, what time do you close? The cashier said, 5:30. I know they close at 6 o’clock. I saw two ladies ordering coffee and they went to sit down, so I decided to sit down and enjoy my ice cream. The manager came over to me and with an attitude said, you have to leave because we are closing. I could not believe that the two ladies remained and I was kicked out. I left thinking that those two ladies that remained had left also. I started to walk down the block towards the end and decide to walk back to see , if the two ladies were still there and not only they were there they also had the door open. I was disgusted by the way I was mistreated for no reason. I saw the manager and told her that I was kicked out, while the two ladies were still having their coffee. She responded that it was only two minutes and they were going to leave, but I was asked to leave, while it was ten minutes and still they were there. I think Ralph’s should consider their loyal customers and not the employees or a manager, which doesn’t take her job seriously and is irresponsible for her actions. I also shop at Ralph’s and have spent a numerous about of money. I did not deserve to be mistreated.

My daughter chose Ralph’s Coffee for her pre-birthday celebration, and it was our first time visiting. The service and food were decent, but it’s really the ambience and overall vibe that make the experience special. We enjoyed it and definitely plan to return!

I waited almost two months for the order and I was amazed at how thin the shirts were in the packages when I received them today. The shirt had to be at least 2-3 sizes too small. Wish me luck on the return process.
