this place seems to have fallen down hill tremendously. Noticed a few of my go to employees are gone and the new staff is horrible. The two male roles there are horrible with horrible attitudes. They can never make my drink right and when asked for a remake they show me and my guests attitude. They do everything with pure nasty attitude, as if i’m a bother. The food and coffee also seem to have fallen off, too bitter and sour. The pastries seem to always be hard and stiff. not sure if they even qualify being fresh by how tasteless they’ve become. Save your time and money, and go to for five down the street. They actually care about their customers and always make sure it’s right.

Very nice, upscale coffee spot located at ralph lauren in the Americana mall. Got the ice coffee, which was very good, and the service was fast. They had a variety of coffee drinks and snacks. The shop is attached to ralph Lauren so you can easily walk around inside. Enjoy.

For the experience only. This is the type of place you go once or twice while at the shopping strip. Wouldn't go out of my way to visit. at 3PM on a Saturday afternoon half of the options on the menu were sold out. Coffee was ok . Blueberry muffin was generic ,nothing special . Service was great and the ambience, experience is worth it. Limited tables outside and always busy.

The setting was beautiful, the coffee better than average but not superb, and the staff were kitchy class. I asked for a croissant, the woman gave me a cookie. I asked for a bathroom and they pointed to a next door shop. These creatures need to be trained to attend to customers and not to their desire to be up class. I'd fire them in an instant.

10000/10, this was a lovely little coffee shop! My friend and I have been talking about this place for a few months since seeing it gaining popularity on tiktok. We went on a nice sunny day and got a table outside. We were super pleased by the atmosphere, loved the green decor and the displays set up inside. We browsed around a bit before ordering our coffee and decided we needed to buy everything someday! :) The coffee and food selection was pretty good, my friend and I definitely appreciate variety and having a ton of options. She went with the grapefruit espresso tonic and I decided on a regular iced coffee - although it was a bit overpriced as expected, the compliementary matcha black and white cookie definitely made it worth it!!! It was hands down the best cookie I’ve ever had and was definitely one of the highlights of my visit, maybe even my day! I truly hope the cookie becomes part of the permanent menu because I’d love to come back for more!
