Had an iced matcha latte and a smoked salmon sandwich that was one of the best I’ve had in a while. And we’ve eaten at 11 Madison. 😉👍🏼absolutely delicious. Craving it so much want to go drive back and get another and try the other food options! But then are closed for the night now! Lol maybe tomorrow

My last 3 weeks visited here almost everyday. Weekend is quite busy. I love the coffee here. The taste is great. Pastry has good quality. Most of time I just grab the coffee and leave. So it’s hard to tell much about the service. Until one weekday afternoon it was raining, 3 of 5 tables were empty. I sat down and drinking my coffee for 10 mins then 1 min after opening my iPad. The staff pointed no laptop policy to me. I felt bad at the moment he told me. So I left right away. But the next day I saw a couple using laptops…. It made me feel insulted and discriminated.

Went in today june 1st 2025 around 4:40pm and the minute i ordered the Male guy has a beared light skin had so much bad attitude like just for a second i felt i made a mistake by giving them business. You have this job my dear because you are still getting customers. The coffee is good (being honest) and I still ordered and did not create a scene because i dont like to give people attitude . We all are breathing the same air so may be next time if you are the cashier and reading this review understand this is your job and treat your customers right and if you will continue to give people attitude for no reason then you will get negative reviews throughout your life. It was just a coffee next time do your job right. Ralph should definitely look into their rude employees!!! I wish i could give negative stars for the employees at this location. Disappointed!!!! Free advice for the rude people out there— just try to smile at someone and see the blessings you will get !

Ralph’s Coffee is great spot in Manhasset! The minimalist black-and-white aesthetic is so stylish, and the coffee is top-notch. I’m obsessed with their iced oat milk latte—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. The baristas are friendly, and the outdoor seating is great for people-watching. A bit pricey, but worth it for the quality and vibe.
