The aroma of tea grabs you immediately as you open the door, quaint and cozy with well curated display of tea pots etc. I visited with a specific tea in mind, would have loved to be educated more on the shop offerings, did I know about similar items to the one that brought me in...a bit more conversation maybe. Not a downside just an observation coming from a sales background. I enjoy explaining the goods I sell and engaging with clients and having them get interested beyond the initial interest.

I purchased one pound of tea that was to come from India. Not so,when I received the tea it was labeled from China.I called to get a refund or exchange but instead got a runaround.After several years purchasing tea from SerendipiTea I am moving on. False advertising and poor customer service.

The shop is so cute. Lots of cute tea pots. There is plenty to smell too! She'll make you buy more with each smell ?

What a wonderful company. A fantastic young woman helped me when visiting during the holiday season and helped me out with many gifts for my relatives. One of the owners came out as well and he and I had a nice chat about tea and art. I will certainly return. Oh, and the tea is superb and my family loved it!
