I purchased one pound of tea that was to come from India. Not so,when I received the tea it was labeled from China.I called to get a refund or exchange but instead got a runaround.After several years purchasing tea from SerendipiTea I am moving on. False advertising and poor customer service.

The shop is so cute. Lots of cute tea pots. There is plenty to smell too! She'll make you buy more with each smell ?

What a wonderful company. A fantastic young woman helped me when visiting during the holiday season and helped me out with many gifts for my relatives. One of the owners came out as well and he and I had a nice chat about tea and art. I will certainly return. Oh, and the tea is superb and my family loved it!

Since the closing of alot of the chain tea stores, and finally being tired of playing the "will I like this" game with online/Amazon loose leaf teas, I found this place. The woman who was working the front was very helpful, I wish I remembered her name because she was that awesome, showed me more tea then I knew what to do with and helped me get exactly what I wanted and the price was extremely reasonable. 10 out of 10 definitely go here
