I thought that you couldn't do worse than the Far Rockaway Starbucks, but then I had the not joy of going to the one inside Macy's Manhasset today. The staff is just gloomy and sad next to incompetent and super slow. If you have two people in front of you, expect to wait 20 minutes for things like tea and lemonade. Not going back. Mobile ordering has somey bad things to this location.

The black lady working at the register today was super rude for no reason at all. After I pretended to ignore her rude comments, she was giving me a weird smirk. I gave her my shorter name and she kept demanding to know what my name is…does she really have to do all that for a Starbucks order, I was just trying to make it easier for the staff…then she asked me 3x if there’s anything else I’d like to add to my order. I pointed at the other two items I was buying and she still kept asking…it was a very uncomfortable interaction.

Overpriced, ordered a bacon egg sausage wrap for $7.88, it’s hollow inside the wrap with little ingredients. Also ordered a cappuccino for $7, 1/4 of the cup was unfilled. I was the only customer ordering at the time, 3 staffs were working, so it’s not because of “understaff”. Disappointing products and service

Had a really bad experience here. I ordered a peppermint hot coco and they gave me a Mocha peppermint. It might seem like a small mistake but I am on a serious medication that can give me a heart attack if I take too much caffeine. Never coming back here again since nobody here seems to pay attention to huge mistakes that could land me in the hospital. Yikes. Do better.

I didn't appreciate the attitude how the lady was telling me that I showed up too early for my order giving me lecture about how I should use my app and I need to come after it is ready. I was the 2nd or 3rd customer and she tells me the cold brew is sold out. She even made a wrong drink. Pretty unpleasant and not acceptable. The other lady, Anna was great.

I wanted to order a customized drink, but the server didn’t even know how to order cold milk from the system, and she was very impatient. I have been here a lot in the past year because I live around. I definitely won’t come again and am even willing to go somewhere further.
I think people fail to realize that this location is understaffed and the baristas are trying the best they can. The barista Sunday morning was so kind and even apologized for the delay. She was the only one there and handled it wonderfully, while juggling a whole line by herself. Please be glad these people even come to work. People nowadays are really impatient and it’s important to be patient and be nice towards fast foods/retail workers. Treat people with kindness ◡̈

So me and my daughter were waiting to be served and the two gentleman there… one with dreads and the other tall Caucasian young man stood there on their phones completely ignoring the fact that we wanted to be served. Poor service!

I bought two cups of iced coffee, one of which is full of coffee grounds under it. I can't drink it at all. I won't go to this place again.

It's a convenient location on the way to the highways from my house. There is sometimes a line, but I use the Starbucks app to mobile order and I don't have to wait. The drinks are well made, the partners are mostly friendly, and parking is never a problem (I'm looking at you, Starbucks, Manhasset). It's not a great place for lounging as the space is limited and the flow of Macy's customers through the store does not lend itself to a casual, relaxed atmosphere. But overall, I'm glad this store exists.
