I wanted to order a customized drink, but the server didn’t even know how to order cold milk from the system, and she was very impatient. I have been here a lot in the past year because I live around. I definitely won’t come again and am even willing to go somewhere further.

Server is a moron here. It's about 2pm on a Thursday. There were 2 women working. One was a heavy set black lady and the other was a Spanish looking lady. The Spanish lady was lazy. She gave me my drink right after it exploded. It spilled over and the counter was drenched. She gave it to me anyway sticky and went and all. She only wiped it down after I asked her to. Will a self respecting employee even serve the drink in that condition? Her solution was to put it in a second cup. Now I have two cups and one lid. Obviously the lid can't cover both cup and the lid is still sticky. Now everytime I shake or stir my cup, the lid comes loose and the two cups aren't steady. I had to go back and wipe it down again. Is too much to ask that she make a new drink after having the first one explode? There was no sorry or anything either. Terrible barista.

If you like poor customer service and extremely slow service, come to this Starbucks. Surely you'll get it. It's as though the standards are gone at this location compared to others. Raise your pay so you can actually hire people to do the job right

So me and my daughter were waiting to be served and the two gentleman there… one with dreads and the other tall Caucasian young man stood there on their phones completely ignoring the fact that we wanted to be served. Poor service!

I bought two cups of iced coffee, one of which is full of coffee grounds under it. I can't drink it at all. I won't go to this place again.

It's a convenient location on the way to the highways from my house. There is sometimes a line, but I use the Starbucks app to mobile order and I don't have to wait. The drinks are well made, the partners are mostly friendly, and parking is never a problem (I'm looking at you, Starbucks, Manhasset). It's not a great place for lounging as the space is limited and the flow of Macy's customers through the store does not lend itself to a casual, relaxed atmosphere. But overall, I'm glad this store exists.

Buyer beware:the employee would scam for your tips by playing a trick. The cashier asked me (also the customer before me) to insert you credit card and press the button while paying. Strange right? Why costumer had to press a button, what button? After you insert your credit card, the credit card machine only showed the Starbucks logo WITHOUT your drink's pricing or details, then I automatically pressed the green circle button, assuming your drink info would show up on the screen. However, what I saw on screen was 20% top automatically added to your drink. Then, payment completed screen showed up in 0.3 sec. I had no time to respond and You would have no idea how much you actually paid. As I felt that sth wasn't right at that moment, I checked my credit card record immediately. Instead of paying $5.80 for my cold brew, I was charged for $7.75. I am sharing my experience here to prevent more Starbucks drink lovers for falling into this kind of scam. I hope the owner will do some investigation about it.

While I am not a real Starbucks aficionado, this is easily the most pleasant one which I have visited. The staff are very friendly & professional, the seating areas are comfortable & generous, and the hot chocolate is superb.

I think people fail to realize that this location is understaffed and the baristas are trying the best they can. The barista Sunday morning was so kind and even apologized for the delay. She was the only one there and handled it wonderfully, while juggling a whole line by herself. Please be glad these people even come to work. People nowadays are really impatient and it’s important to be patient and be nice towards fast foods/retail workers. Treat people with kindness ◡̈
