When arriving, we waited 10 minutes to be sat down when it was empty. Once we were sat down, no one came to our table for roughly 25-30 minutes. Once we put the drinks in after 30 minutes they didn’t arrive to the table for another 15 minutes. My girlfriend ordered a glass of red wine and in the red wine was left over pieces of the cork. I have never had a bad experience with TGI Fridays since it is a favorite spot of mine, but after all of this I don’t think I can say the same anymore which is a shame. This place needs To clean up big time!

Our waitress was nice.Food was ok. My burger was cold and was more red then i wanted. My bfs medium rare burger was rare. No ac working? It 77 degrees in there. Had to ask for water refills...Took 45 mins to get the check. Computer problems. But no one told us at first. And no discount whatsoever for the inconvenienceLove Friday's but will not got back to this location

Very clean restaurant very beautiful atmosphere service was on point Food was on point don’t have any bad remarks to say about this place is beautiful girl Michelle that waited on us was 100% on point on the drinks and the food and courtesy she’s definitely made us feel comfortable and satisfied to definitely come back, and to Ramak recommend people I asked to speak to the manager nia just to let her know how satisfied I was, and she was very pleasant and I told her to keep up the good work

Anytime I’ve been to this location, I always enjoyed my time. The food is typical bar food and the drinks are delicious. The bartenders will even make a drink to your taste if you prefer. The music is always good here. They play lots of oldies. Highly recommend for a good time.

No staff were present for 5 minutes. Waitress appeared for a second and re-vanished. Bartender came from back of house after 13 minutes with surprisingly apathetic / deadpan demeanor. Friendly and eager to serve as a pothole.The lettuce in the Caesar salad was chopped as if it were Cole Slaw and quickly had the consistency of cold green oatmeal.Do not support Restaurants who try to get by on 3 teenage staff willing to show up (probably not regularly) and kinda work for measley wages. The CEO and upper admin should be ashamed, and when the whole chain goes under, should cringe in shame at their mansions. Tell every Restaurant and business manager to pay living wages and they will have plenty of dependable, decent quality staff.PS. Google multiple choice buttons at the bottom reminded me of the best part of my experience - Parking. The best part of my dinner at TGI Friday's was the parking lot. That is the funniest thing I've seen all day.

Sadly it was a bad experience. Service was horrible. There was just the bar tender and a bus boy. Bar tender took our order and didn't see her again. Had to move seat because mosquitos were eating us alive. The manager looked like she was drunk. Saw her carrying plates to customers and the food was falling off and she just kept walking to their table.It was sad. It looked like a nice place place. Never will go back

i had an incredible experience this friday night with my friends when we came in at 6pm , and we had the greatest , kindest , most attentive server ever . i’m pretty sure his name was Manny or somethin like that , i can’t really remember . but he was so funny , and charismatic . we got our food fast , and it was so delish . definitely would come back again , and would recommend it to anybody thinkin about comin here !!!

went here for my dad 90 bday..it was so bad..The worse place I've ever been too. all the people who work there act like they hate there jobs,,, ..... long wait,,long!!!!!! food way over cooked,,,, 'LOOK JUST DONT GO HERE..... was 1 good guy who worked here,,, kids name was JJ ........................ its like what the hell is going on here...................... bar mad was so slow and all she did was complain .. felt like i was going to get beat up for asking for help

Friday night 11am I walk in with a party of 6. We wait around for 5mins and no one comes around to seat us. Keep in mind the whole place is empty save for a couple guys at the bar which the employees are chatting with. I go up to one of them and ask if they are open. They say yes the kitchen is open. I say great table for 6 please. She walks away and we wait for a couple minutes. For an empty restaurant that is open for another 2 hours this does not meet my expectations.
I had a bad experience with my trip to this location, first off there was hair on our plate of the fettuccine pasta just gross, let's not start with the hostess there was no hostess in site at all which I'm sure Tgi always has had a hostess to sit people and then she comes and sits us at a "closed" spot according to the waitress/ bartender...this location definitely needs new employees more happy to be at work and taking care of their paying customers. Will not plan a trip to this TGI Friday's anymore just upset with the food and service overall.

this really disgusting place will come inspection? I'm really not sure about the hygiene in this place it's the most terrible thing about restaurants in New York they brought me the wrong order and they charged me for it I'm super upset the people who work there are very irresponsible maybe they don't get paid what it is for that they do their job their way the food terrible ???? Absolutely unacceptable! I was waiting with my family at the front waiting for someone to seat us, to find out that nobody came. A waitress saw us but she immediately walked away realizing we were Asian. The service is absolutely terrible, everyone’s energy was upsetting and the fact that the have the audacity to talk to us in a rude tone just because we were Asian.

Restaurant sitting empty with at least 5-6 servers and the bar tender took our order and forgot our order. Not organized. And attitude from the manager when we inquired about our food. Please change the management of this location.
