I wish I can give 5 stars for everything but I had ordered a takeout meal and specifically put down no mushrooms and I have no clue what happened but when I picked up the pasta I saw they put extra mushrooms instead of none. Now, I thought maybe they were confused or something, but when I called I spoke to the big Hispanic dude who runs the counter, a gentleman to say the least, he’s always very helpful but this is where things took a twist. While I was talking to the gentleman, I’m guessing the higher up guy, older man, picked up the phone and started yelling at me and saying to fix myself? Again I specifically wrote no mushrooms and it’s in the system they can see it for their own eyes. The old man never fixed the issue, and never got another kitchen order from myself. The pizza is great and I’d rather deal with someone who is competent and respectful to their customer rather than deal with someone who think's they are perfect… shout out to the counter guys the short dude and the big broad shoulder dude!

Deep dish I usually order every time I go looked small. Not as good as it always was.It use to be beautiful and delicious Regular was a little tough and wht slice good . Some of the men who work there not friendly they are busy and work very hard I do miss the Italian boys though

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Went to this establishment to meet a friend I haven’t seen in over 10 years and have a nice relaxing early dinner. Nothing was relaxing. When we arrived we were one of only 2 tables in the entire establishment and were seated at a booth. When our food was dropped off the waiter decided to make conversation about my tattoos and how much they cost. Drinks were never refilled. Never checked in on. We asked for our food to be wrapped up. The food was taken away and the check was dropped off. Before we ever got our leftovers we were asked to hurry up and pay the bill because there was someone waiting that wanted our booth. We had to ask for our to-go food that was never brought back to us. Absolutely never going back here. Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessionalism at a restaurant let alone a pizzeria.

We had a dinner celebration for my mother in law for her birthday and Mother’s Day and while we loved the food, we did not love that we were asked to leave before we were finished. Yes we understand that it is the night before Mother’s Day, however, to be rushed, especially when traveling a distance (2hours) is just not ok. No matter how good the food may be, it is just as important (perhaps even more) to feel welcome and appreciated and that was certainly not the case. We will not be back.

Very disappointed and upset with the food quality lately. I been going for years to this restaurant and the food quality is only getting worse. I’m not sure from where they are getting their fish from but it’s definitely not pleasing. I always go for either the “ Branzino Mediterraneo” or “Mussels in white sauce”. The freshness is not there for sure anymore. They should definitely look for better fish/ seafood quality before loosing more loyal customers.
