I love ordering from here, however the last two times I’ve ordered DoorDash I have been missing items from my order. Then when I call to let them know, no one answers the phone. A little frustrating truly.

Great Bruegger’s location, very friendly employees and great food. Sometimes the order isn’t 100% correct, but that’s always due to new staff learning the ropes.
This will now be the second time my job has ordered from there in a month and things were wrong or missing. Back in 4/18 we emailed a complaint about missing product and they never acknowledged anything.
This time We called the night before, they were extremely rude in taking the order, tried to demand we do it online.
We ordered 12 sandwiches, multiple drinks, blueberry muffin and a chocolate chip cookie. Multiple sandwiches were made wrong and the muffin and cookies were not in there.
When I tried to call to to ask for a refund of some sort for the missing product I gave them the name and she claimed no one had ever been in under that name and that they never have missing product and maybe the person who picks up our food ate it or were lying about it.
Very rude, very unprofessional in every way possible.
Bagels are alright, certainly not the best I've ever had, and they're way overpriced for what they offer.
I have enjoyed Bruegger’s for many years, but ever since they changed the way you order, my orders are usually wrong. It used to that you would tell the person who was making your order what you want. And they would almost always get it correct. Now, you tell the person at the register who keys it into a computer, which leaves so much room for error or misunderstanding.
For example, I ask for a turkey BLT with mayo on the side (because I want control of how much) and spear pickles on the side. Instead, I get a turkey BLT with chipolte mayo all over it AND more on the side. I just wanted plain mayo. And the pickles are diced in a cup. Who eats pickles like that??
This is just one example. I have others. It was just the straw that broke the camel’s back, prompting me to finally leave a review.
If the person who is going to make my food is standing right there, why can’t I tell them the order?? Makes no sense.
I must admit I have never posted a review before...so this is significant. I have been going to this Bruggers for almost 20 years. The first 10 were great, and this place has been declining ever since. Perhaps it has changed management at a certain point. The atmosphere is dismal at best. The workers, especially the cashier is rude and they make it seem like you're inconveniencing them when you're ordering. This happens every time no matter if it's the same person or not. Just the general vibe. I ordered a buttered plain bagel, was the only one in there, and it took 20 mins to get my bagel. The customer service is consistently painfully slow and lacking. I am unable to give my business to this location any more. There are plenty of other great bagel places in the area.
Avoid ordering on the app.
Poorly designed. Tried to call the store for assistance. No answer during business hours. Someone answered after 3 tries.
The app loaded twice the amount of my order on the app. No way to get my funds back.
Very frustrating.

Every order we place here either items are wrong or missing entirely. The staff especially Bailey at the counter offers no customer support. The only response we ever get is “sorry theirs nothing we can do” working in retail management personally I’d at least offer a sincere apology and do what I could to make it right to the paying customers. We understand mistakes are made but to offer 0 effort to correct the mistake is unacceptable to me. Will not be back and will refer anyone we contact elsewhere.

Worst bagels. More like a dog’s chew toy. What a waste of money.

Great bagel sandwich options and really tasty. Bagels are nice and soft so the bread doesn't take over the taste of the sandwich.

Polite service
I had the opportunity this morning to stop at my favourite bagel place. Bruegger's!! I visited this location all the time in highschool and even bought the lifetime coffee mug because I would stop in the morning on the way.
This morning I grabbed the mug and was unexpectedly really excited about getting my free coffee again. I walked to the counter and was greeted by the expected polite workers there. When I ordered the coffee explaining I had my lifetime coffee mug, she didn't seem to know about it. When I saw the charge for it, I explained that should not be there. She couldn't get me my coffee without me paying for it, so I declined the request.
My problem here is when I asked for a phone number to call, they had none to give me. I wanted to speak to someone to figure out why the employees didn't know about the "lifetime" mug. They were pleasant and directed me to the website, however the only numbers there are for the stores. Not much good those would do for me.
If a customer needs help, and the store isn't educated to provide the customer with needed information, a definite problem exists. Not the employees fault, but management somewhere along the line obviously dropped the ball.
I was embarrassed by trying to figure out why my lifetime coffee wasn't being honored. I knew nothing I said would make sense to someone who knew nothing about it. I was stuck in an awkward place.
The proposed solution was to wait until the store manager comes into the store 2 days from now. That was at least some type of answer, but still didn't fulfill my coffee needs.
Last I checked, I am still alive and should have my coffee instead of writing this. I am not impressed. The bagels on the other hand, still phenomenal as ever!
***UPDATE: It is now 2 days later and I had the chance to speak to the manager. After a detailed discussion, we discovered that the mug I have (Original Green One) is indeed "lifetime". Guess who has free coffee at Bruegger's again!!
As far as my main concern goes. How do customers connect with someone other than store employees, when the employees don't have an answer? The current manager has told me he will look into it and find out if something can be done. I sure hope someone listens to his suggestions.
This store is run by some excellent people. They are fun and ready to serve. It's Bruegger's just the way I remember it.

The bagels are always delicious and I enjoy the variety of flavors. But I don't think I should have to wait for 20 minutes after I ordered 2 bagels. Also, the seating/waiting areas are not that inviting. It feels like the store is more set up for pick up orders/ to go orders and not so much a eating there option.
