Cute little shop with delightful and delicious offerings. Handmade chocolates and ice cream. Very reasonably priced for excellent chocolate!! Have had their ice cream which is also very very good. Purchased chocolates for holiday gifts!

Ice cream is very good but the prices are through the roof. 24 dollars for 2 quarts is insane. I was a regular but not anymore. Ill enjoy the drive to gilligans island in sherburne for my homeade ice cream now. They give so much more for the money ! This place is very chincy with the portions.

They have bug lollipops. Actual bugs in the candy. Good gag gift or care package box item. Truffles are really really good. They have a lot of pb and chocolate items. ?

I went to get 2 quarts and found their price had gone up 33%. WHAT!! inflation is not and never has been 33%. You wont see me again.

Just moved to the area from Colorado, and I’m so happy to have found this gem right away. First visit I got pistachio ice cream which was 10/10. Second visit I got a peanut butter milkshake that was so incredible I had to immediately post a review to rave about it. 15/10. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t give a higher recommendation for those looking for a little sweet treat!

I grew up in Manlius and now live in Virginia. When I come to visit, this is one of my favorite spots to come. My favorite flavor is Peppermint Pattie. My mother's is Mint Chocolate chip. There are also a lot of other favors equally delicious. It's hard to choose. I also buy truffles (also hard to choose flavors) and other goodies to take back to Virginia to share with friends. The truffles are the best they have tasted. Highly recommend Gabrielle Chocolates & Ice Cream in Manlius NY.

Very broad of assortment of high quality chocolates, ice creams, shakes and custom desserts and treats. Many are handmade. Costs a little bit more but worth it. Friendly, helpful service. Expect to sometimes wait a few minutes when ordering. Seating inside and outside.
