We ordered a cake from Mrs Kelder’s cake for our gender reveal, and it was perfect! Mrs Kelder was so kind and accommodating, and very responsive with all of our questions. She even let us come in an hour before the bakery opened on Saturday to pick up the cake. I told her that she could put whatever decorations she wanted on the cake, and while I was expecting something simple, she gave us an absolutely stunning, adorable and perfect cake. She put so much detail and creativity into the design. It was so delicious too! I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Good cupcakes, bad service. After my kiddos graduated their very first year of preschool, and out of excitement I wanted to take them to get a treat. Luckily I saw that this place was open and after so long of wanting to come in but find it closed we happily went in! With them closing in ten minutes we planned on being quick but we're greeted with judging looks and curt responses. They told us that half dozens were 50% off so we chose six, then they half heartedly told us something about paying, and when I asked "I'm sorry?" They said "oh you can pay there" and then walked away, and didn't even thank us for coming in, much less greet us when we came in. Honestly after wanting to come in here for so long it's disappointing to see it wasn't very family friendly, or really friendly at all.

We ordered 40 cupcakes for my daughter's birthday and couldn't be happier! They were by far the most delicious cupcakes I've ever had (and I've had lots), and our party guests certainly agreed.

I get their cupcakes for my kids’ school events. Kids go wild for Mrs Kelsey’s cupcakes. Teachers love it too. They also have the best customer service. I always pick up the cupcakes early in the morning on the day of the event. Even though they open at 10 they always let me pick up my order an hour before they open the store. You guys are amazing!!! ❤️

I have had the good fortune of patronizing this bakery for specialty birthday cakes for our granddaughters and they were excellent. A Peppa Pig birthday cake for a 1 year old looked as if the characters were created by the artist or professional animator. The flavor was incredible. In December I wanted to treat business clients to Mrs Kelders cupcakes and cut out holiday cookies. Each client was to receive 2 dozen cupcakes and 1 dozen cookies. It was an overwhelming success! My clients raved how delicious the cookies and cupcakes tasted. Multiple people said they were “too pretty” to eat. They were right. Very festive holiday designs and packaged to look special. 5 star service and 5 star quality and taste. No other bakery comes close!

I have never heard of Mrs. Kelder's cupcakes. We had a celebration at work today and I was lucky to have such a variety by the time I got to them. These cupcakes are hands down the best cupcakes I have ever had. They are so pretty; decorated for the winter season.

I recently moved from the Washington DC area and was introduced to Mrs. Kelder's Cupcakes by a dear friend of mine. I was blown away by these deliciously scrumptious, tasty, perfectly textured cupcakes, especially the red velvet cupcake. It made me realize how overrated DC's Georgetown Cupcakes are in comparison to what Mrs. Kelder's produces.We are so lucky to have this delightfully decadent bakery in Upstate New York!

This place has good cupcakes. Not the most friendly but I guess that's not a requirement Per se. I heard some people talking about buying the space I guess they like the location. So not sure how long they will be right here. Lots of different flavors to choose from, but the approach is formulaic. Chocolate plus cream cheese frosting plus X or Y. Etc. Not sure about vegan options And zero gluten free gluten-free.
