From the green dough, to the skimpy toppings, down the the burnt crust. They forgot the sauces we paid for and acted like picking up our terrible pizza was an inconvenience to their texting/sitting time. NEVER again! 0 Stars.

Very disappointed with my pizza tonight! Absolutely burnt black on the bottom. And burnt cheese on top. How anyone would think this was ok to sell to a customer is beyond me. Disgusted!

ordered 2 sausage and pepperoni calzones that came with no meat hardly at all and mozzarella sticks that were so overcooked all the cheese came out in fryer... this was bridge street location

Been coming here for 30 years all over town. But I’m going to bridge street from now on. Manlius management just doesn’t have it together. I overtip everytime I come, but for what? They don’t crisp the wings, they put all kinds of spices over the pizza you don’t need, and they act like I’m a burden. Meanwhile, I stuff at least 20% in cash every single time i’m there like it’s a 5 star restaurant - but I’m done. I’ll go to Bridge street or Warren street but not nearly as much from Cazenovia and manlius is for the birds. “Always fresh always best” but not in manlius. Go back to Tennessee maybe. I’m done. It was better when Vinny Pavone was there. Not the Warren street Vinny, the other Vinny. For all his faults guy knew how to run a pizza joint. And he was cool.
I’m sad to have to give them a not so great review. We used to love eating here, but today the service and food were just terrible. The young lady burned my pizza when she was heating it up, which is ok, because I understand mistakes happen. Offered me a slice “On the house” but only had cheese left(we had already paid for pepperoni). I said sure that’s fine. She got me a cheese slice but did not give us any money back. So I paid pepperoni slice money for a cheese slice that was supposed to a on the house? Ok, well I decided not to sweat it and let it go. Then they brought my husband’s calzone out. The middle was not cooked, the cheese was still that unmelted stringy stuff that just isn’t right for the middle of a calzone. The whole time we were there, the people behind the counter were joking around about not wanting to work and going home etc. It just was a very different environment and experience than we used to have here. I doubt we’ll come back. Makes me sad.

Service was great , they had a line to the door . The manager was very friendly and conversational . We wanted eggplant but they were all out which was little sad . I got a chicken ranch pizza slice and a Philly cheese steak. Both were alright the price point was good . Support local pizza shops .
