We loved Dragonfyre Distillery. Vince is awesome and was very generous with his time and knowledge--I learned a ton about the distilling process. The dragon/fantasy theme is fully realized, you could teleport it to a renaissance festival and it wouldn't be out of place. Even if that's not your thing, the (delicious) drinks and warm welcome are well worth the trip. Just a unique and fun experience.

Absolutely love the decor. Vince was quite friendly and very informative. My husband enjoyed the tastings and purchased two bottles. I bought a non-alcohol beverage and a pair of earrings made by Vince's wife. Highly recommend Dragonfyre distillery!

Amazing experience getting to tour Vince’s distillery and hearing about how he came to hone his craft. The whiskey tasting was incredible and we left with a large bottle of the Rye (I am not a Rye drinker - this is how good the whiskey was). The decor and theme of the place will transport you to another world! What a hidden gem. Will definitely be back with more friends and family this summer.

What an amazing place as well as an amazing owner. Went for the distillary tour and tasting and what a wonderful view into small distillary life. He grinds his own grains, has the corn grown for him local and is a one man show making and distilling his spirits. Took time to answer some questions that cleared up some parallels with the micro brew industry. By far the smoothest spirits i have tasted and the wife and i have done multiple tastings as far as rochester and the adarondaks. The shop is filled with fantasy items for purchase. You must stop by if in the area, make it a destination for a trip to the cortland area. If you enjoy whisky, rye or well done moonshine do yourself a favor and stop by.
