Everything was great, except the hash browns which were just OK. They were very busy, but still quite attentive and relatively fast. My coffee cup was never empty. If it weren't for the hash browns not being my favorite, this would have easily been 5 stars. We will be back for sure.

Excellent food made from scratch! We were passing thru and stopped for lunch. Dan was friendly & accommodating! Quite entertaining 😁! The chef came out and talked with us about the recipes! We had a great time. The mac & cheese is the best I have ever had! The clam chowder had a bacon spin & we loved it! You must have a slice of pie! YUMMMM! Highly recommend 👌

I have a soft spot in my heart for small NY diners, and this one met my expectations. The decor and atmosphere was adorable with the cute cow decor. The menu was great, we were surprised to see grits on the menu as southerners it was a nice surprise. The food was great and the guy (im assuming the owner) was fantastic and friendly.

We tried a couple of things at The Milkhouse Diner. The Garbage Plate was delicious and definitely worth the price—hearty, flavorful, and very satisfying. I had the Beef on Weck, and it was just okay. The bread was soft and sweet, not great for dipping in the au jus, and overall it didn’t feel like a good value. Service was also a bit slow and could use improvement. Overall, a mixed experience—great for the Garbage Plate, but other items and service could be better.

My wife and I are staying in the area for the weekend. We stopped at Milkhouse Diner for breakfast and it was great! The food was excellent and the portions were generous. It is clearly a family run diner , the staff were polite and helpful, even the young kids helped out ( we loved that).

Cute spot. Servers very friendly. Coffee terribly weak. The server made our table if 6 a new pot and “doubled” the brew. Much better. Nice clean atmosphere and food came out hot and pretty quickly. They did t have a line when we were done so they let us linger at our table. We all had savory eggs. Will try some pancake or French toast next time
