Its hard to keep going to subway. The kids they employee rarely care about their jobs or the quality of work they provide. But seriously, how hard is it to make a sandwich, right? Im tired of being disappointed. I wont be coming back to the marcellus subway.

Came in here yesterday at 9pm for a late dinner. The two who were working there (Jenna and Hanna, I believe?) were super sweet, welcoming. Surprisingly fast put-together for a group of 5 and yummy sandwiches!

Bread stale, ordered double meat and didn't get it, no cheese on either of two subs. Both subs poorly put together. Wont be back..unfortunate but no excuse for this.

I went on 10/11. The gentleman that waited on me was great. The food looked very old and dated however. A lot of freezer marks on pans. Old lettuce. Maybe 3 cookies in the whole display and it was 11:50am. The other woman that was working was sick or something and sat at one of the tables and looked awful. Also not sure if Subway has an attire or uniform code but they may wanna check. Will not return.

I think this place is only open when it wants to be. I’ve been there 4x now when they should be open to no sign on the door and completely closed. Waste of gas and time. Not that subway is amazing to begin with but at least Starbucks and other places leave a reason why their closed. I won’t be going back. I’ll travel the extra 7 min to Jreck subs or Firehouse Subs.
This kid Ethan really STILL can't figure out how to throw some food on some bread.This dude DOES NOT need a job. Never have I EVER encountered a slower worker in ANY industry... Today I walked in, saw him and walked out... I'm NEVER going to this subway again.

SO FRUSTRATING!My second time here on a Sunday around 5pm and they are CLOSED even though hours on door and maps says closes at 7pmSuggest calling prior to arrival to check if they are OPEN !
