We came in and ordered only 2 drinks and some loaded hash browns. They completely forgot our order for 20 minutes and we had to tell them 3 times about the missing items. Only one of the girls was actually trying to help us the rest were getting upset at us for the inconvenience.

Went here this morning after placing an online order. Went to the window where the worker yelled and said they didn’t have sourdough for my sandwich, fine, whatever. I then asked for them to just replace it with loaded hashbrowns they asked what kind i wanted (regular queso or chipotle) to which i clarified i wanted regular queso with extra queso and bacon so that maybe it would come close to the price of the sandwich i will not get refunded for. Instead, when i got to the window the lady was very rude and asked if i got some green drink i said no i had the pickup order, gave her my name and she still came back with the wrong drink. I told her again the name for the order and what it was she came back with the right drink and the other food in the bag. When i went to eat my loaded hashbrowns they had chipotle sauce AFTER MULTIPLE CLARIFICATIONS. very disappointed in the service and competence. Will never go to marcy dunkin again.

Always the best service no matter what time of day. Early morning visit averages 5 minutes in the drive thru. Afternoon pick me up visits are a delight as well. All the staff greet you with big smiles and genuine happiness. It's always so nice to visit. Great job all around.

Ordered two dozen drones donuts on the app. Arrived at the store and the cashier said they could not fulfill the order but I would need to go to the help section of the app to get a refund. That was almost a month ago and I have heard nothing.

Ordered a large ice coffee with no ice. Got up to the window was handed a ice coffee with ice. Yes I know we all make mistakes but she was extremely rude about it. I told her that there was ice in it. She then handed me my drink back with it being only half full. Plus she gave extreme attitude with it. When I was very nice and respectful. Won't be going back to this dunkin.
