Ordered upside pizza, definitely do not know what it is, very little mozzarella dried on crust just cheese sprinkled on top, little bits of sausage sprinkled on top and a few pieces of pepperoni on top, horrible. Not to mention only 2 bites on sides and corners and rest was crust. I don’t mind paying but this was awful.

I've been going to Fratello's for over 10 years. Starting in Frankfort and now I go to Marcy since I moved. I started eating there chicken riggies when I was in Frankfort and still eat them. They are Absolutely Delicious!!! They still, after all these years, my favorite meal. They give you enough for multiple meals. I even had them for breakfast this morning along with dinner yesterday and a snack before bed and I still have some left for dinner tonight as long as I resist eating them for lunch and snacks before then. Give them a try. You won't regret it. I recently tried there lasagna also. It's awesome too. Fratello's is the place to go. Eat in or take out.

Ordered an hour and 40 mins ahead for pick up. Showed up on time had to wait an additional 25 mins because they were waiting on the pizza in the oven. Go to walk out finally and realized they forgot my wings. Blamed it on 2 new people working in the kitchen. Won’t be back anytime soon.

My friend ordered the pizza and I picked it up. It was very good. Two thumbs up.
Pizza was hot and ok. Ordered mushroom peppers. 2 -3 pieces on each slice. Definitely a let down from Four Seasons.

We made the mistake of ordering pizza online tonite (through door dash) but after 2 hours, still hadn’t receive our delivery. Upon calling Fratellos, we discovered that door dasher never picked up the order. The very sweet staff quickly assessed the situation and offered to remake the pizzas and send their driver to deliver to us, for no extra charge. Not only did they remedy the issue quickly, but they also threw in a free sweet treat for our troubles. Thank you Fratello’s, for your dedication to your customers-it was truly appreciated!!!! We will definitely be ordering again (but will be sure to call directly instead of online :)

just spent $70 on the absolute worst quality pizza I've ever had from there this used to be my absolute favorite place for pizza but since the focus of the new establishment quality has been put aside at the Frankfort one and its sad
