We made the mistake of ordering pizza online tonite (through door dash) but after 2 hours, still hadn’t receive our delivery. Upon calling Fratellos, we discovered that door dasher never picked up the order. The very sweet staff quickly assessed the situation and offered to remake the pizzas and send their driver to deliver to us, for no extra charge. EXCELLENT PIZZERIA/Restaurant!! I ordered the Chicken Riggie special with salad and garlic bread ($15)...VERY GOOD!! Excellent slices as well...MUCH better than Big Jay's across the road!! I LOVE Fratello's and you will too, guaranteed!! Excellent staff! Owner is a cool dude!
I used to go to this place years ago when it was Four Seasons because the subs were so good they had to be one of the best places in Utica. Bread was always fresh baked, huge portions, awesome meat and fresh toppings. I recently stopped on a road trip because I was craving one of these amazing subs and I was so unbelievably disappointed. The bread was underbaked and smelled sour and yeasty. The turkey was slimy and the lettuce was flaccid. And this was on a Friday during lunch...
