The biggest problem with the food here is too many delicious choices. We finally settled on two - their broodwich and carne asada wrap. It's been 3 days since we were there and my mouth is watering at the thought of that meal. We arrived pretty late for lunch time, close to 1:30 p.m. It was midweek, yet at times while we were eating the line picking up take-out orders was seven people long. This is a popular place with locals. The good food is matched with a charming interior and really sweet people working there.

The workers are very thorough, although obviously understaffed. The staff seemed to care and have interest. The food was very good and the menu had nice assortments.

My go to place to get a sandwich to eat on the top of one of the catskill high peaks. Sandwiches are always great, just be prepared to wait, they are generally busy.

Been there twice. Both times the food and service were on point. Worth the drive from neighboring areas where a lot of the local spots are closed and the ones that aren’t are sub par.

We were driving from Bethel Woods to Cooperstown and looking for a place to eat lunch. We stumbled upon Picnic and we are glad we did. The menu was surprisingly large for such a small place. We had a chicken salad sandwich and a turkey sandwich and they were delicious. I would definitely stop here again when in the area.
