The Meadows Golf Center and All American BBQ

This is one of the unique places that makes Delaware County, very different from neighbouring hipster counties. With a unique offering of championship BBQ and affordable family-first pitch and putt golf, Russel and Julie are basically welcoming you into their big backyard. We had a birthday party for our adult kid [no golf fees for birthday], played an incredibly chill 9 holes with rentals for 7, feasted on Brisket and Ribs with several shandies..for around $300 before tips. Really there aren't many better ways to spend a summer afternoon in the Catskills.

We spent a lovely afternoon at Meadows Golf Center. The kids played minigolf, the adults walked the grounds and used the driving range and then we all swam in the stream. Don't forget about the BBQ which is very yummy and no need to leave your pup at home, the place is pet friendly! Stop by and chat with the owners and stay for the afternoon, definitely worth a visit!

Amazing place for fantastic BBQ, mini-golf and 9 hole golf course with gorgeous views. And access to the creek. Russ, the owner, is extremely friendly and hospitable. AND it’s dog friendly! You have to check this place out!

Russ is a class act. A one of a kinda man that provides an amazing hospitable spirit. Some of the best BBQ you’ll have, play a round of golf and treat yourself to some award winning BBQ.

Really good holes nice driving range and good golf carts and kind and nice service

If you made it here put the phone down, get in your car and just go. I recently stumbled upon this hidden gem while away for the weekend. Being from the city where no round is less than 5 hours and you can’t catch a minute to just take in the nature, this was just what I needed. Russel immediately welcomed us with a rental set, cart and a promise of the world’s best BBQ to end the day. The course was well designed, unique and quite beautiful. I’m already considering the 2 hour drive back next weekend.

Russel was so welcoming and eager to set us up with a cart, club rentals and lunch. Golf course is beautiful, especially the 7th hole! Went there for a short game of golf and views, but stayed for the smoked Mac n cheese.

Myself and four friends had a great time at the Meadows Golf Center. The nine hole course was fun with an appropriate level of difficulty for new or casual golfers, it took a couple hours to play through. After playing we ate some of their barbeque, I’d recommend the pulled pork sandwich—it hit the spot. Russ and Julie were very welcoming to their golf center, thanks for the hospitality!

Russell was such an informative, respectful host. It was my boyfriend's first time trying the sport, and he was accommodating showing us helpful techniques/lessons. We didn't bring any gear, but we were able to rent a bag of clubs with balls and tees. Next time, we will be back to try out the BBQ. Dog friendly, too!

What a fun family time, hitting the balls and letting the steam out, the kids (15 and 17) did not want to leave, Julie and Russell were great host and the BBQ was the best I have ever had. 10/10 best place to go for a great time.

My husband and I were driving back to our airbnb and because my husband is a huge BBQ enthusiast, the sign "BBQ/Golf" caught his eye and it made him swing the car back around.
We made our way up the steps and into the dining hall where we were approached by Russ and Julie who made us feel very welcomed! We had brisket, Cuban beans, and potato salad and everything tasted amazing. I enjoyed the point of the brisket which had all the flavor. The homemade BBQ sauce elevated the brisket even more!
Russ' passion for BBQ and golf clearly shows, based on how the food is made, the upgrades done to certain areas of the golf course, and most importantly how they treat each guest that comes in. We will definitely come back whenever we are in the area! Thank you Russ and Julie for the hospitality!

Meadows is a must visit! We live 5 hours away from the Catskills and we can’t wait to visit Russ and Julie again. They made us feel like instant family. Genuine two person team, who work passionately maintaining the golf course and serving up homemade BBQ. The brisket was absolutely delicious and you can buy it by the pound. We are so happy we found this hidden gem. Thanks Russ and Julie for your hospitality.

What an awesome time, our group of friends played in a scramble tournament here at the Meadows and had a blast. The course is easy and fun, and the rentals are great quality. Russ and Julie who own the place are hilarious and amazing people, and Russ serves up some amazing smoked brisket that is above and beyond what you’d expect around here. We hope to make this an annual event here with our friends!
