We had a delicious authentic Italian dinner. (We live locally in Margaretville and wanted to try this spot for the first time). We had the Caesar salad, two pasta dishes, and a dessert. Overall the food was quite good. Our only issue wasn't with the food--but that they overcharged for one of our pastas dishes. The Rigatoni is $20 on their most recent menu but they charged us $30 instead. I hope it was just an error...because it felt icky.
Really nice place, we came in 7 minutes before closing and they welcomed us in. Food was really good and the service was excellent. Atmosphere was good, but the bathroom light was shot. All in all, 4.7 stars. Will be back the next time I come up here.
Loved it! We came to Trattoria as a party of 5 girls in town for a bachelorette trip. Our bride was craving Italian/pasta, and the restaurant absolutely outdid our expectations. Our server Daryl was amazing! He went above and beyond making us homemade simple syrup for our drinks and was so accommodating.
