Place is definitely run down. Booths where broken. Windows where moldy and covered in dead bugs. Was a hair in my daughter's pancake. Server wasn't very friendly but she checked in often and food was done quick. Hash was not crispy how it should be. Was a very good price but im sure the kitchen is no better. Won't return!

The outside looks a little rough, but that’s just because it’s an older building. The inside is amazing and we loved the style. The service was very quick and everyone was very kind, there was a nice sense of community as well with people talking and laughing all around. The bathroom is a bit small. A decent amount of parking. Very good food and appropriate portions. ALSO, super cheap for such good food and service. We tipped almost 20$ because we were so satisfied with the service. If I lived closer by I would want to have breakfast here everyday!!
