The atmosphere and food is excellent. What I didn't like is that the waitress imposes the amount $$ that she wants as a tip, not the amount that the user has. Furthermore, it is an illegal act. The tip is a voluntary gratification of the consumer.

I absolutely love this place. Great food. Reasonable prices for NYC. Great chicken, rice and beans and fries with yummy green sauce. Love their ceviche and sangria. Everything I've tried there has been delicious! Nice staff and atmosphere. Only thing is with kids, there are suggestive printings and some nudity in the paintings in the bathrooms.
