I live nearby, but I have never been there because I prefer to buy ice cream at farms or in cafes outside the city. I love natural creamy unsweetened ice cream, it is very difficult to find this in the city. But today I decided to go here. I took 2 kids (1 scops) and one small size (2 scops). I took coconut, mango and raspberry flavors. The taste was not creamy at all, very sweet, the mango was a strange color like chemical, we did not eat it. The service is ordinary, the shop itself is nice, there is a lot of space, it looks clean. The assortment is not very large, but for a convenience store the choice is sufficient.

The ice cream tastes fake or something. Had a gasoline smell and taste. And the milk based ice creams tasted more icy rather than creamy.

Orderly and fast service was very appreciated! I am so glad this Carvel opened up near me, sooo convenient. Great ice cream as always!! Will be back :)

Placed a pick up order on May 27th for June 1st and when we arrived at the location, the employee stated there was no order on file. In return, the employee had given us whatever sheet was available. I then reached out via email to Carvel and was told that the employee was new and is not aware of online ordering. In this case, it shows no proper training and overall poor management. I appreciate that the employee tried to do what he could, but it cancels out the importance of advance online ordering. We were left to settle with whatever was given to us.

Loved the ice creams as usual. The guy that was working there on April 19 8:30 pm was super nice. Really liked his service and he made my soft serve perfectly

Not too friendly, probably the only ice cream shop in the US that doesn’t let you sample the ice cream. My daughter was curious to try a new flavor but the man behind the counter was not interested.Can probably take down the plastic sheeting as well.
