Absolutely disappointed with the ice cream cake we ordered for our son's 11th birthday. My husband and son ordered a specialty cake with custom print last March 18 which was to be picked up for my son's birthday on March 23. My husband paid $50 upfront and emailed a high resolution photo of the print to be used. Today my husband picked up the cake. The print is so bad. It looks like they ran out of ink but decided to use it anyway. Mind you they had 5 days to fix this mishap before it was to be picked up. Even if they made the cake a day before pick up, once the print came out of the printer and didn't look right, they would have had enough time to reprint the design. They could have called us to tell us that the design wouldn't have worked, suggested a different design or offered a refund. Instead, they gave us a measly $5 cash back and free candles. It was too late to do anything because the cake was the last thing we wanted to celebrate with after a long day of festivities. This is so unprofessional. If it were any other occasion, it wouldn't be an issue. But a birthday is but once a year and my son will only be 11 once.

I bought a cake for my grandmother birthday and when she was eating it she found hair . Not just one time but she found hair twice in her cake .

I went there with my husband, first we got impressed for the variety of flavors and styles for an Ice Cream, then we got helped by the sweetest girl who we happened not see the name but she had a Short black hair and prices are good too!

Your typical Carvel soft serve store. Service was quick and easy no hassles and fast serving. The store was clean and neat. Just wished they had more sorbet flavors. Nevertheless the cold treat hit the spot. Prices were a tad high but still within range. Certainly will come back to satiate an ice cream craving on a hot summer day.

Placed a pick up order on May 27th for June 1st and when we arrived at the location, the employee stated there was no order on file. In return, the employee had given us whatever sheet was available. I then reached out via email to Carvel and was told that the employee was new and is not aware of online ordering. In this case, it shows no proper training and overall poor management. I appreciate that the employee tried to do what he could, but it cancels out the importance of advance online ordering. We were left to settle with whatever was given to us.

Not too friendly, probably the only ice cream shop in the US that doesn’t let you sample the ice cream. My daughter was curious to try a new flavor but the man behind the counter was not interested.Can probably take down the plastic sheeting as well.

Big ice cream lover here. I came to this carvel as a visit but now I come almost everyday! Prices are reasonable, staff and employees are very nice, and the ice cream tastes amazing. 10 out of 10 recommend!
