Terrible coffee , I understand night time they are brewing 2 cups at a time but who knows how long it's been sitting ,, on top of that worker lacks customer service . After asking if coffee was fresh , worker immediately offered me a refund seemingly not caring about the establishment

Today August 24 Sunday early morning around 5:30-5:40 I visit to take my coffee and sandwich but the guy working on shift he refused to make sandwich because he’s busy with other stuff again there’s no any other costumer accept me is that’s a costumer service to provide Dunkin costumer wants sandwich staff refused to make ????

I will never go back their again i order hazelnut coffee and two boston cream donuts i tast the coffee it tast like burn coffee from the bottom of the pot,it had no hazelnut taste at all i ask for my money back and the big lady that took the order said get this SHE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO PUT MY MONEY BACK ON MY CARD,AND OFFER ME TWO MORE DONUTS I WAS MAD🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬HOW YOU TAKE MY MONEY AND CANTGIVE IT BACK BUT I HAD ALREADY ORDER SOMETHING ELSE A CROISSANT WITH BACON EYE AND CHEESE AND HASH BROWS BIGGGGG MIST

They cry if you ask for water cup so stinky people.store is dirty no hygiene dunkin is brand but they spoil the name of dunkin donuts .

Service is horrendous, workers are rude. When you ask them to fix an order or add on anything they have an attitude. They don’t clean their counters. Experience was enough to never go back to this location.

terrible experience. didn't take me seriously, probably because im a young female who ordered at 12am. tried to order a large cold brew with oat milk and french vanilla and they initially gave me a medium. i've always gotten the order exactly the way i asked for it with my points yet they made me pay $1 extra for large when this has never happened at another location. after paying extra they didnt bother to fill it up, they just added whipped cream when i never asked for it. totally dissatisfied and disappointed.
