I asked for a sausage egg and cheese then when I bit into the sandwich in my car, I had noticed that it wasn't any cheese I went back to the server and she basically molest the sandwich to put the cheese which it was cold do you think that was right to do?

This place employees are super slow. They don’t know how to handle customers. One employee is busy with order and other one busy with something else. I was waiting for long time and they didn’t take order. It’s happened few times. Even it wasn’t busy much. Owner should teach them how to take care of customers!!!

If you’re gonna order, do so in person. Not only do they send the wrong things, other peoples items, but they also sometimes send half your order. When a DD is 24 hours it tends to be the worst in service.

I ordered from this store. I ordered a frozen drink and a dozen donuts and they accepted it. Once the food came they gave me sweet tea and a bag filled with stale muffins and munchkins ( no joke felt like rocks , like it’s been out for days) . I called and all they said is to cancel it but they should of done that since they ran out of it. Not recommended

I order Dunkin' everyday. Today's my bad luck for this location. Never ever back again and again. I ordered ice latte with oat milk 2pump caramel super sweet. The lady said of cause is caramel sweet. 2nd bad luck ice latte with skim milk . It's just milk with caramel. So su$:;;&(8$k
