Was in their store on 8/20/24:1) ordered a decaf coffee; was advised didn' thave any ready but offered a decaf americana- but was charged for an americana (and and extra 50 cents for decaf), rather than for a regular decaf coffee which you coudn't provide; 2) there was a stange 4%charge on the bill call "operational charge;" I inquired and advised this had nothing to do with me using a credit card; instead you were charging the amount becuase "you had to use the terminal to ring me up.....seriously?; i asked another employee and was advised "oh the computer does that automatically": if you want to charge me more for an item, go ahead, but please doen't insut your customers with a "rip-off" extra charge; $12.11...rather pricey for coffee and a cookie......OFF MY LIST

Worst coffee shop experience of my life. The owner should fire the black bearded employee. I was first in line and waited 15 minutes to order. Started ordering and was told there’s no mocha anything. Employee continued to help bar service and ignored patrons. Will never go back in there again

Teach your driver's some respect. Put on your signal and not brake check drivers. There are cameras that record on cars which show your disrespectful driver do this. Almost caused a 3 car pileup.

I ordered three bags of single origin more than a week ago. It’s been sitting with a label created & shipment ready for UPS status for five days now. I tried to contact them and never have I got any reply. If it was not what looks like a larger coffee chain I would think it is a scam. Maybe they just do not care. Anyway, a total let down!

My daughter won a contest on Instagram for 2 free meals, drinks and cookies. She invited her sister, so it was 3 of us. We drove from Babylon to Manhasset to try this cute little cafe. When we got there I let the cashier, maybe manager know who we were. She was so gracious, explained the menu items and recommended the coffees we should try. We placed our order and waited. The food that came out was so pretty, smelled amazing and was delicious too.

I would order coffee from For Five while working in FIDI, and it was always good. I recently ordered a bag of their single origin Colombian Nariño on May 04, 2020 (re: order # 1773). I received the whole beans the follow business day, which I thought was super fast. I did notice there was not a "roasted on" date which I thought was odd, especially for a local roaster.I've tried many types of coffee and thought this terrible. I made a few cups via pour over and french press. I tweaked the grind size and water temp. to see if it that would make a difference. It tasted stale and had absolutely no taste at all. I was very disappointed and won't be ordering from them again. I also contacted their customer service and never heard back.1 star for the good coffee I used to have.1 star for the fast shipping.

Our company has recently switched to this vendor from Starbucks, I gather, in order to cut costs, and the results you can taste. The coffee, if you can actually call it that, tastes like burnt garbage. The roasts all taste the same; cold brew is nothing short horrendous, and their nitro, is borderline poison. If you’ve never tasted real coffee before, you might be fooled, but I’d rather drink boiling water, than taste this liquid sewage again.

This coffee is not bad and of course far better than awful Starbucks, but just too mediocre and forgettable with nothing to stand out. The decaf espresso beans are still loaded with caffeine, enough to make you jittery the whole day, NOT good. They need to step up the game.
