I had ordered food through the app too good to go, and on the app it states the store is open till 01:30, however, when arriving at 12:55 the pizzeria was already closed and the workers did not even bother to let us know properly that they are closed, they just shooed us off and didn't even bother speaking a word to me as to what is going on rather just pointing at the empty counter and shrugging to say not my problem. One worker who was clearly a delivery driver with glasses and another who was clearly making the pizza that night were absolutely rude in their behavior. If the owner of the shop isn't there i guess his workers do not care to even give the respect that the owner does to his customers, absolutely uncourteous, i wont ever go to this pizzeria again if I don’t see the owner or his family in there because than id at least know i can be treated like a customer by them and not just someone who is seen as a jerk for wanting to figure out what is going on with his order as those workers had made me feel.

How this place has a 4+ star rating is an absolute mystery to me. This was my first and last order from this place. The sauce, sour! The crust, super thick, soggy and chewy. The cheese, low quality. This is everything and anything, but good NYC pizza. You got me once, but will not be twice! Even the garlic knots were bad. Undercooked, chewy dough and no real garlic and oil.
