Young guy with glasses, POC, working 2nd window at 6:15pm on Saturday Sept 6th 2025 was very rude. All I did was ask to correct my order because the drive thru person accidentally put Dr. Pepper instead of Diet Coke.
I tell the guy at the second window I think she misheard me and it’s supposed to be Diet Coke. Instead of changing out the drink, he just pushed down the “diet” on the lid and handed it to me smuggly.
Idk if he’s just an idiot or lazy or both. Glad he works here bc he won’t make it anywhere else.

Super rude staff. I ordered from the kiosk and it would not let me pay and asked me to pay at the front. Waited 10 minutes while people ignored me at the front and then was told no one could access the register. Worst McDonald I have ever been to

This McDonald’s really needs to review its service. I was dining in and only ordered two chicken sandwiches, but I had to wait for 25 minutes. This was not the first time it happened, so I hope they will review and improve their service speed. I also noticed that drive-thru orders are served much faster, so why is it that dine-in orders take so much longer?

Really bad service half hour to pay the ticket for my order and another half hour to give it my food 😞
This is HANDS DOWN the worlds slowest moving McDonald’s. Specifically in the morning, which usually only has a few customers by 9AM. The staff is always joking around laid back and when they do actually start bagging someone’s order they look completely lost. And the kitchen staff making the mc.muffins, mc.griddles etc move extremely slow. I have the most sympathy for the guys that come to pick up door dash and uber eats orders they also wait forever to even be acknowledged by staff that they’re picking up someone’s delivery order. Many truck drivers like Amazon, FedEx, and LTL drivers come in hoping for a quick breakfast and it ends up taking 15 mins to even have your order taken and when your order is taken it’s another 15 mins for you to walk out with your food. Me and others have experienced this multiple times and have given them chance after chance and the disappointment never fails.
