Paid for an order, machine didn't give receipt, guy gave out order to someone who didn't have the receipt (machine doesn't give any) and then blamed be for sitting at the table with my plaque like the machine said to do. Horrible service

For the most part this McDonald’s is alright but they’ve been making mistake, like obvious no brainer mistakes. Especially at the drive thru, but what got me upset that I had to make complaint is that I ordered a big breakfast with pancakes and I got my order and paid but I thought I’ll eat it later only at the end of my trip, I did not have any syrup or utensils to eat my food, it’s like how did they mess up with that?! For now on I’m just going to check the bag to see if they did it or got it right. I really shouldn’t have to be double checking to see if they got it right. Not to mention it wasn’t all that busy at 6:30am. I’m just not pleased with this place and how they badly they forgot a fork and knife.

Somebody really needs to check this McDonald’s. The food is so simple but they could never make it right . It’s not a 5 star meal for them to mess up so bad everytime . Not sure what the workers are doing or getting paid for but it’s not to make food . Worst McDonald’s in Queens

This location is usually great with service... I asked for fries w/ no salt.. Fries covered with salt..got a second order for Fries.. Salt on them... Don't want to give up on McDs fries... But I gotta do it..

Cmon McDonalds! Your slackin.

I put in a order at the kiosk. No paper receipt given. I dont even know if my order is in the system. A order number quickly came on th3 screen and seconds later the screen went back to the welcome screen.
I was going to just do the drive thru but I thought i can get a soda faster by going inside. It was 10:30pm and from the outsidd it looked safe enough.
Also small orders e.g. , 1 lrg Coke should come out right away. Well it didn't and I am standing here awkwardly waiting as everyone else wait for their orders that seemingly will never come out anytime soon.

When I saw they got the order wrong of the girl at the counter. All I heard is they gave her the m&m's. I knew we were going to have problems with service. Because c'mon, it all comes down to the service. The food taste the same at all locations. Atleast the NYC Mcdonalds. So you know as soon as you walk thru the metal doors what you are getting into. That smell of chlorine bleach, waxed fries, ketchup, and a hint of greese permiating through the air.

Ok.its been to long. As I write this I have decided that Im gonna ask the guy for my soda. I shouldnt have to just stand here and hope.
The nail in the coffen was when the guy who ordered a meal after me, with a lrge soda ( that they filled the wrong flavor some clear soda and they had to put the right flavor, coke), Just walked away from the counter with his meal. I felt like I should have gotten my lrg coke before the guy who came in way after I placed my order at the kiosk.

I spoke up, I said excuse me, where is my large coke, he came in and ordered after I placed my order. I showed him my number 11. He walked around bewildered in the back then said Oh, and grabbed a soda behind the wall.
Seriously, the place is filthy, more specifically the table where I was sitting looked like it had crumbs from several previous meals.

Glad all I got was a soda.

One positive takeaway. Before I realized my order was being ignored, there I stood in the 'waiting area', facing a counter with no one behind it, all we can see is behind the counter is a doorway to the back room food preparation area. They did look busy. So
While waiting for my food i asked this dude who was eating a chocholate chip cookie how it was and he said it was good.
End of story.

Horrible experience. Not only did I have to wait 1 hour for my food. But when I brought my receipt to the cashier he was insinuating that I never paid and asked who even took my order. After telling him the employee who took it he said “he’s on break I don’t know what you want me to do about that”. The employee later came back and confirmed that I did pay and questioned if I didn’t get my order. While waiting for my order a Spanish speaking customer asked if her order was ready yet. She did not speak much English so my sister assisted in translating; the cashier then started making nasty remarks about Spanish speaking clients. DO NOT COME HERE or support this location. Disgusting behavior and attitude. We’re in 2024 DO BETTER !
