I've had the opportunity to visit many Starbucks, but this one is definitely the dirtiest. While their employees take the time to talk to each other, they don't have the time to grab a broom to sweep or clean the tables. The place is definitely very dirty, and the employees are very uninterested.

actually so mad I wanted to scan my gift card so I didn’t have to pay much and they scanned it and I thought oh okay so now it’s cheaper and I showed them the gift card part not the stars scan thingy part and instead they put into the system or whatever that it was star scan thing when it wasn’t so when it was time to pay I had to pay full price I hate this Starbucks never will be going again!

i come to this starbucks legit everyday and mobile order every day and the one day i ask for a cup of ice some new girl gives me attitude saying next time ask at the register like miss thang i online ordered so no need to be rude. i’ll grab the ice myself if it’s that big of an inconvenience it took u 10 seconds. like i get it other customers are waiting but i’m
a paying customer too. treat others the way you want to be treated and apparently she wants to be treated passive aggressive and with attitude. love the other workers they are great but idk she is definitely new and doesn’t understand.

Terrible experience at this Starbucks. The restroom was dirty and not maintained at all, and on top of that, I was told I had to buy something just to use it. For a company of this size, it’s unacceptable to treat customers this way. Definitely not coming back.

took 10 minutes in an empty store to make a PEACH GREEN TEA. someone had to run to the back and get more peach juice. person comes back with peach tea and leaves it in the fridge and the rest of my drink is standing there forgotten about. It takes me asking someone where it is for them to remember what they were doing. Then I ask if they can put a little more tea in my cup and less of the juice because it was wayyyy too sweet and they just hand me some tea in a cup and i have to stand there trying to pour out my drink and pour the tea in on my own.

I don’t understand why is it that every single time that I order from here the barista’s finished the drinks and hold onto them until they finish preparing three other more drinks and they finally put it on the counter. I don’t have time to be waiting for you to prepare five other drinks while my drink since they’re on the counter that’s extremely inconsiderate for time. This is not the first time it’s happened either. It’s happened multiple times I’m so annoyed by the barista here wasting peoples time.

Today I visited the Starbucks location in Maspeth with my children. We sat down and purchased drinks and cake pops. As we were leaving, we asked for a cup of water at the counter, but the staff member refused and said they couldn't give water unless we bought something. This response was both surprising and upsetting. I felt really bad in that moment.
What made it even more disappointing is that my children go to this location almost every day and make regular purchases. This kind of treatment made us feel unappreciated as customers.

There was no one online when I placed an order for two simple drinks. 20 minutes later I still haven’t gotten it. Not to mention this place has zero ambience and is the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

Spacious, friendly staff - if you customize your drink, they actually pay attention, and 9 out of 10 times get it right on without rolling their eyes or sucking their teeth. Unfortunately, there are plenty of Starbucks where employees feel like asking to customize your drink is too much work, even though one is paying $7 for a tall/small. Hence, it's refreshing to see when baristas actually pay attention to detail and you get what you asked & paid for - this Starbucks location falls into this category, which i highly appreciate!!!

Never have a problem with this location. Service is consistent and our drinks are consistent. We always appreciate the notes :) Unsure of which barista writes the notes, but you rock!

Basically! they just serve coffee without precise measurements! a few times either it was flavored enough just too much milk, or it’s extremely hot coffee that you can burn your lip.

I love Starbucks new Christmas menu it’s the best I got a venti crml bru latte it’s the best drink I have ever had in my life the best I would highly recommend that you get that drink
