Terrible service this place needs to be shut down, ordered delivery, called the guy who answers the phone Spanish-speaking gentleman basically not trying to help me at all. I told him the delivery guy came to the wrong place didn’t care. I was joking around with me awful service. Please do not order from here.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this meal was a letdown from start to finish. I ordered the grilled chicken breast, which arrived thin, dry, and clearly reheated. It was so overcooked I couldn’t even cut through it with a knife—chewing it felt like gnawing on a shoe sole.
The sides didn’t help. The baked potato came solo, with no butter or toppings offered. The roll was plain, toasted, and oddly pre-cut. The corn was limp and overcooked, lacking any flavor or texture.
When I politely mentioned to the server that the chicken was inedible, he acknowledged it might’ve been grilled at too high a temperature and assured me it would be juicier “next time.” Unfortunately, there won’t be a next time.
At $20, this meal felt like a slap in the face. Save your appetite and your money for somewhere that takes pride in what they serve.

The food was not good at all. The steak tasted as if it was rotten and they still cooked it, as the steak was dry and had spots that were more darker than others. The rice looked mushy and the Enchiladas were rolled and fried even though traditionally they’re not fried. All the food that was cooked in oil tasted disgusting, the oil was almost weeks old. I am a chef and do NOT recommend. Me and my family got stomach aches. They should change Chef! We were confused as to why there weren’t people even though the restaurant was decent, now we know it wasn’t the place or the service, it was THE FOOD!! However, the service was very good and I give 5 stars to the service. Very attentive server and funny as well, other than that I WILL NOT RETURN DUE TO THE FOOD.

We love coming to The City Diner, this time we came and the menu changed surprisingly it was better!! We tried the Ribs and Vodka Chicken park sandwich, everything was delicious!!!! Shirley was our waitress and she was really nice and helpful. We are excited for our next time here :)
