The Tonkotsu Ramen is very good, the soup has a strong pork flavor. The new decoration is in traditional Japanese style, which is the first time I have seen it in New York.

So I ordered from them on UE because I had a long week and I wanted to something kind for myself. I did not expect to get such a thoughtful made take out experience.
Everything was good. The portions were generous. I didn’t expect to get tempura in my bento box that shocked me.

The place has recently been renovated, and many new items have been added to the menu! Definitely worth checking out. Personally I loved and still love the food here. If you don’t want to wait long in a line and want a less cramped dining experience, Koi Asian Cuisine is perfect!

Well I have to say I was warned in the reviews about ordering on the app. The sushi is good I didn’t try anything else but Avocado roll and Spicy tuna roll with crunch. However, having their separate delivery person is a bit irritating. I had to call to find out if it was delivered it completely takes the point out of using an app. And he called for me to come downstairs even though the instructions say to leave at the door.

Ordered from here on Uber Eats and the store sends their own delivery person. Even though I put the option to leave at door, when he arrived he constantly knocked on my door and weirdly pointed out how I didn’t tip (which I usually add after delivery). Already a bad experience but was gonna let it go. But then shortly after he texts me from his personal phone telling me I have to tip because “this is America.”
Not trying to slander Wakamatsu with this review, the food is good. But this instance felt like harassment and I’d hope they consider this review.

My daughter and I dropped in on a whim as we running errands and hunger struck. Teriyaki Salmon lunch combo was delicious and my daughter very much enjoyed the Katsu chicken. We’ll certainly be back.
