The service was quick and the guys were friendly. We had two different bagels, I personally had the garlic bagel with vegetable cream cheese with chopped bacon on top and it was PHENOMENAL! Cream cheese was so flavorful and had plenty. My husband had an onion bagel with chive cream cheese and it was delicious as well! Looking forward to stopping in again! 🥯

Sadly, I didn’t have such a great experience. I ordered several things, one of which, including the hot chocolate was simply brown water. I made a complaint asked for replacement/refund I was told no it was prepared correctly 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m assuming that the worker who prepared the “hot chocolate” at that location was not paying attention to the fact that the machine that they use clearly didn’t have any type of hot chocolate powder or whatever they use in it. Very disappointing to sip brown water when expecting hot chocolate… I also ordered a coffee which, for whatever reason seeing to taste like coffee, but it was disappointing too. I felt like I got robbed as I moved on to the breakfast burrito and that also was uneventful and bland. The only other item I didn’t get a try was for a coworker so I cannot attest to the quality of the turkey bacon veggie cream bagel. I did order via Uber eats unfortunately on a cold workday near Tobay Beach so that made the situation even more disheartening as there’s not much else in the area to consider.. just wish I would’ve tried the other bagel shop. I don’t know wth or wth I didn’t get a refund but clearly someone needs to do a quality control check especially on the machines ( and honestly, I’m not even sure if they’re using machines but it’s just an assumption because how could one not see or mixup hot chocolate that turns out to be nothing but hot water and freaking remnants of the chocolate mix…

The egg bagel with the strawberry cream cheese was really good ! He gave me the right amount of cream cheese. Definitely was delicious.

Massapequa BB: horrible - I ordered directly through the bagel boss site for delivery - 2 omelettes 2 bagels - I got 2 omlettes completely wrong 0 bagels when I called I was told “Oh I don’t make the omlettes I don’t know” and I just asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t refund me and all they could do was remake the order for me to come pick it up - if I could have picked it up I would have went there in the first place so when I asked for a manager they said there wasn’t any and they would call me back - absolutely horrible customer service absolutely horrible experience don’t go here

Prices are just ridiculous!

I got a BEC, they did not put cheese… how can you forget the cheese… and the bagel was extremely stale and hard at 8am. The service was bad.

This place has really gone down the drain.

At this place Im the boss!! The bacon egg & cheese is the way to go!! My only problem is its pricey!!

The place is overpriced. They got my order wrong. It was empty when I walked in took 15 minutes to make 2 egg sandwiches incorrectly that tasted like trash. Don’t waste your time or money here. The best spot across the street in shopping center 10x better with more parking.

AMAZING!!was dropping my granddaughter off at camp and stopped here and I can't say enough good things about it. From a very sweet person (who said her Uncle owns the store) who held door open for us to the BEST coffee crumb coffee, the freshest bagels,and wonderful staff. I miss Bagel Boss locations like this...what a treat!!!I wish I had gotten more coffee!!! Can't wait to go back!!! You will love it too

Count your change! They shorted me $10 change and also didn't give me part of my order. Had to drive back to get it.
