This place has really gone down the drain.

At this place Im the boss!! The bacon egg & cheese is the way to go!! My only problem is its pricey!!

The place is overpriced. They got my order wrong. It was empty when I walked in took 15 minutes to make 2 egg sandwiches incorrectly that tasted like trash. Don’t waste your time or money here. The best spot across the street in shopping center 10x better with more parking.

AMAZING!!was dropping my granddaughter off at camp and stopped here and I can't say enough good things about it. From a very sweet person (who said her Uncle owns the store) who held door open for us to the BEST coffee crumb coffee, the freshest bagels,and wonderful staff. I miss Bagel Boss locations like this...what a treat!!!I wish I had gotten more coffee!!! Can't wait to go back!!! You will love it too

Count your change! They shorted me $10 change and also didn't give me part of my order. Had to drive back to get it.

Bagels are hard and tuna was super fishy. The Mac and potato salad wasn’t very good either. Bring back Town Bagel!!

Extremely overpriced and overhyped. $20.00 for a 1/2 pound of macaroni salad/chicken salad is absolutely ridiculous. You shouldn’t spend almost 60.00 on bagels, cream cheese and macaroni salad. Stay away. There’s better places around town.

If your ok with paying $8.26 for a bagel with cream cheese I suggest not going here. Owners have clearly taken advantage or price gouging. Trying to figure out how it costs $4-5 to put cream cheese on a bagel… Disappointed, Town bagel used to be a stable of the community with great prices until new owners ran it to the ground. The rest of the reviews speak for themselves. Don’t purchase your bagels here.

Terrible customer service every time. The Spanish ladies there couldn’t get your sandwich correct if you wrote it down in Spanish and handed it to them. Then they give YOU attitude because they messed up YOUR order. And once you get your food you have to wait for the one employee who knows English to use the cash register. At least they’re only messing peoples bagels up, thank god they don’t have a real occupation!

Whoever is on the closing shift, maybe the owner needs to reevaluate who you have working there. Some female with her nasty attitude, you lost another customer due to her nastiness. Talking to customers that pay your bills like that is mind blowing. Without customers you can't pay the workers which the workers should understand that concept and you won't be able to make any kind of profit just for the fact that they're scaring away customers. Today 11/16/23 closing shift, didn't her get name, but she needs to be checked or fired!
