Terrible customer service every time. The Spanish ladies there couldn’t get your sandwich correct if you wrote it down in Spanish and handed it to them. Then they give YOU attitude because they messed up YOUR order. And once you get your food you have to wait for the one employee who knows English to use the cash register. At least they’re only messing peoples bagels up, thank god they don’t have a real occupation!

Whoever is on the closing shift, maybe the owner needs to reevaluate who you have working there. Some female with her nasty attitude, you lost another customer due to her nastiness. Talking to customers that pay your bills like that is mind blowing. Without customers you can't pay the workers which the workers should understand that concept and you won't be able to make any kind of profit just for the fact that they're scaring away customers. Today 11/16/23 closing shift, didn't her get name, but she needs to be checked or fired!

TOO EXPENSIVE!Bagel Boss - Massapequa$18 for 13 bagels Weekends($1.39 per bagel)Seaford Bagels1 mile west on south side of Merrick Road near Bethpage Federal Credit Union$16.80 for 18 bagels Everyday(0.93 per bagel)I have lived my entire life in Massapequa. This bagel location has gone through so many owner changes through the decades. The reason being every owner charges too much and doesn’t learn from the previous owner. They only survive for a while on ripping off the Massapequa High School students during lunchtime. But that only last for so long.Set your price for a dozen bagels (0.93/bagel) competitively to Seaford bagels and maybe your weekend lines will wrap around the building like Seaford Bagel. Until then, I will continue to see many Massapequans on line at Seaford bagel. When you do, put a big sign in the window and I will happily give you another try.We are not looking for a “deal”. Just looking for competitive pricing on the days of the week (weekends) when most working people are buying a “dozen” bagels.

Just moved here from Brooklyn, and I must say this place really sucks. The customer service is horrible!! I've been to many other bagel shops that deal with more orders and customers and they are on point. The quality of the bagels and food is ok. But I've had enough of this place and have taken my business elsewhere. That's truly sad because I'm so for supporting local businesses but dam atleast value ur customers.

Great customer service, the food has been pretty good, we ordered in person and online (get your rewards through the app and scan at the store to add points) I ordered the bacon and egg on a roll, delicious hot coffee. I also tried the chicken salad on a egg bagel with a raspberry Snapple. My son order a egg, paper jack cheese and ham on a everything flagel (flat bagel)

In addition to great bagels, you'll find a big selection of pastries and other delicious treats.
