Get your bagel somewhere else. MASSAPEQUA has a reputation for excellent bagels but this cafe is not up to the standard. The staff are rude no customer service at all. You're doing them a favor buying from them and keeping them open. If it's anything like This daily they wont be long operating. The high school keeps Them Alive and they treat you like that.Buttered Bagel

"Eggs everything bagel toasted with butter" must mean a warm bagel with a scent of butter!? Forgot the Toast and Butter part I guess....!? This business of customer service and common sense is not hard. Also, $10 for a cheeseburger with fries and a can of soda is a STUDENT SPECIAL!? I grab a Beer, Burger and Fries from my local sports bar that'll blow their burger out of the water for $8.99. We're adults with jobs and pay cheaper prices with a beer than high school kids! Come on guys! If that burger isn't $6-$7 for these kids, you're taking their pockets. They're KIDS! Smaller Pattys, cut down on price, make it kind blowing- you'll sell more. They won't want to go to Wendy's or McDonalds! A Big Mac Meal is $10!

This is a really great, clearly family-owned bagel cafe that deserves great praises, but unfortunately, some minor critiques as well. My sesame bagel flat came perfectly toasted and buttered. No complaints. My husband asked for just egg and cheese on an everything. He got a *bacon egg and cheese. This might not be huge deal for most people, but for vegetarians like us, wasted bacon is a sin. Even though his sandwich was wrong, he said the bagel was still really good. My husband also got a coffee with milk and sugar and there was SO much sugar. I'm giving 4 stars because this cafe truly has potential. Plus, next time we'll obnoxiously specify NO BACON and a coffee with milk and one sugar.

I’ve loved this place for years and always say how they make the best breakfast sandwiches but I just had an order delivered on a rainy day and they put a plastic bag over the paper bag to keep it dry and protected. I just thought that was really thoughtful and considerate not a lot of places do that with deliveries. Thank you!

The food is good here, However I have not had a good overall experience. I get charged different prices for the same items depending on who rings me up. They seem to make small mistakes all the time like forgetting cheese or forgetting home fries. I will be coming back but I'm definitely gonna have a conversation with the manager before I place my order.Thank you guys for reaching out and making it right. Excellent customer service.

I just love the Bagel Cafe! The bagels are always fresh and delicious. I've used their catering services in the past when I participate in the Autism Speaks Walk at Jones Beach and treat my Team to a pre-walk Bagel Breakfast. When I placed an order for a catered Lunch this Friday, Chris (I believe one of the owners?) treated my son and I to a couple of free bagels. I always deal with Chris, he is the best! I highly recommend Bagel Cafe of Massapequa Park.
