Food was good. Service was horrible. There were only 4 other tables active on a Saturday night and it still took for ever for our drinks to be refilled. 3 out of the 6 orders came to the table wrong and I told the waitress it was my wife's birthday. When she gave us the check she said sorry, she forgot. Will not be going back there ever.

Save your money!! I walk in on a Friday at 7:15pm to see only one quest seated. I should have known something was off about this restaurant. I was seated and gave it a chance. The food is overpriced for the portions and taste. The staff was very nice .

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Outrageous prices for tiny portions. A chimichanga meal consisting of three chimichangas lacking in steak and a small amount of rice and beans, SHOULD NOT COME TO $28 A PLATE! I understand Covid hit the restaurants hard, but to increase the price from $13 to $28 is just wrong. How can you expect to keep your customers happy, and coming back when you are robbing them. A dinner for seven of simple, basic, so-so Mexican food with four margaritas and three sodas should NOT come to $365!!! Robbery. Also, when looking over their online menu prior to comin, the prices were listed as their old reasonable prices. Do Not Come here unless you can afford to piss your money away. I'm sorry. I used to love this place. Never again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.... 5 de mayo arrive at the place at 5:30pm.... waited an hour a table.... which I didn’t mindWhen we finally get a table... appetizers deluxe nachos took 30 min minutes to come beverages are not at the table... waiter keeps coming back every 5 minutes saying “I’m sorry” order my entree 20 min after seating an 1 1/2 pass by still waiting for my food... a party of four was sat an hour after me and they got their food within 30 minutes.... train your services properly please !!! Worst experience ever
All I can say is WOW!! Arrived at 5pm on the dot and sat at the bar. Order 2 drinks, and a couple of apps. After waiting 50 minutes, and people waiting longer then I, I decided to talk to the owner. She is about 75 and cluless. Under staffed on Cinco de Mayo!!! Bartender on duty did not even work there. After explaining to this nasty lady, that I’m waiting 50 minutes for nachos, She then proceeded to tell me then go in the kitchen and make it then!! What? Are you effen kidding me? That’s the type of reply you give a customer??What happened to the customer being right? Obviously will never return nor recommend

I am very disappointed. Painfully over priced for so-so food. Don Juan used to be a pretty nice "restaurant", kind of fancy. Now it's a taco joint for $30 a plate (with small portions).But feel free to ignore this... Some people need to learn the hard way.Oh... And half the order was wrong. smh

It was my 2nd time coming to this restaurant. I gotta say I love the Atmosphere and the vibe of this place. It's very family friendly place to come to eat dinner with your family. But it is also a good place to have drinks with your friends. Not only is the food delicious and the services great. The chef also comes out of the kitchen To greet all the customersleaving. The staff is very friendly & helpful. They keep the place really clean and organized. The bathroom is so clean you can lick the floor. I like this place a lot on definitely coming back.
