Today I went to pick up a coffee that I ordered through the app. My drink was brought out in 3 minutes, and I got into my car, backing out of the spot. I see the kind man who handed me my coffee wave his arms and try to get my attention, so I rolled down my window. He said "Ma'am I forgot to put the espresso shots in your coffee, stay right here and I'll be right back." In 10 seconds he came back out and was so apologetic. For a dunkin' donuts on a main road, at 7 in the morning, I could really and truly appreciate his honestly and kindness. He ran out in 30° weather without a jacket to fix my drink - service you wouldn't get anywhere else. Only in Massapequa Park do you get such kind people!

Worst DD, extremely SLOW with orders. They're obviously understaffed here. I place orders on the app and usually give them 10-15 minutes to prepare it. Half the time I have to sit there for ANOTHER 10 minutes waiting at the pickup line while they help the in person customers faster. What's the point of ordering on the app if you wait for me to come in to start preparing the order. Joke of a place
