Gino's is terrific! The pizza is very good. Favorites being the marinara slice and the white pizza. The sausage and broccoli rabe pasta dish is delicious as well as the sauteed calamari. The staff is always friendly and the wait time isn't long.

We have been coming to Gino's for 20 plus years now. The food here is always delicious. We have never had a problem with the quality of the food and the service. Tonight we were six people and everyone was very pleased. My wife and myself shared the chicken verde which we have had many times. Our dinner came out hot,fresh and very flavorful. Everyone else had the same food so all were very happy. Our server was around frequently and removed finished plates and refilled our beverages. Gino's is one of our favorites and will continue to be so.

Honestly probably the worst service I’ve experienced… even if the food is good which it isn’t I would never go back to see the one guys face ever again… just plain rude.. made me want to walk out before I even got to see your display. By far the worst pizzeria I’ve ever walked into. I don’t know how or even why you’re still in business.. plus the atmosphere was horrendous l, I don’t think I’ve seen one person smile. Plus the way they were talking to the kids, customers and other employees. Made me want to jump the counter and talk and disrespect them the way they were to their employees and customers. Just a disgrace. “Gino’s” soo inspiring. Good luck better off just closing your doors.
Ordered a regular slice for delivery along with 2 caesar salads. The regular slice was for my 1 year old- it was completely burned on the bottom, he could not eat it. The salad had barely any dressing. Very disappointed.

I loved coming here but as of recent the customer service has been extremely disappointing. I understand that the job is stressful but when a customer brings up an issue and is talked backed to in an unprofessional manner it is completely unacceptable in my book. Be nice to your paying customers and do better. Pizza is amazing but customer service could improve. Reason for my bad review is because I was running late to pick up my order and when i finally arrived they could not find my name in the system, i then had to go get my phone and see if the restaurant I called was the right one after confirming it was the right restaurant the gentleman who i believe was the manager asked what I ordered when I told him, he got the order underneath the counter. After all that trouble I then realized the pizza was not kept warm and they did not even ask to heat it up for me I had to request it and not for nothing but the customer service sucked!! I suggested maybe if they were thinking of putting the order underneath the front counter that they call the customer to see if they were coming if they were considering tossing the pizza the owner then said "we shouldn't have to remind you to pick up your order". It was an awful experience.

No idea why they average 3 stars. But they have some very very very good pizza! Regular, Sicilian, calzones!!! All top notch. Been ordering pizza from here for over 13 years and will continue to do so. Fantastic pizza
