My husband and I received a $300 gift card as a gift after having a baby. We went in to use the gift card in store and was told it wasn't working and that the manager had to be contacted so we left empty handed and annoyed. We had our week old baby in the car and had to come back to pick up the meals when they got their gift card issue figured out. Super inconvenient. We were told
to contact customer service for any issues so when we expressed our dissatisfaction to them they only apologized instead of offering discount or partial refund on our purchase. We basically had to beg them for 10% off our next order even though they should've offered that or more right away. Bad experience and customer service! Definitely won't be returning here after we use our remaining gift card balance. There are way better options of meal prep companies who care about customer satisfaction!

I would always go in and get meals from you guys. Until 2 weeks ago I ordered 10 meals. I got the meals Saturday. I froze most and only had 4 in the fridge. Each day I would add two from the freezer to the fridge. On the Tuesday, I had my lunch (one of the meals) around 5 pm so I wasn’t really hungry for dinner. Around 12:30 am I got nauseous and I was up all night with food poisoning throwing up the meal, and it also coming out the other end. I NEVER throw up so it was definitely the food. I don’t think I will be ordering from you guys for a while or at all. I was up until 10am the next day. It was TERRIBLE!

Most of the meals I enjoy. A lot of flavor. Used to order from them religiously. Stopped in the other day for a few meals and prices went up. (like everything else) Staff was helpful. Some meals fill me up and some do not.

There is a meal containers fee, 5% extra credit card surcharge, delivery fee's, and tax, are not seen in totality until you get to checkout. None of these are incorporated into price per meal up front. You will see it all but not until it's all tallied at check out, so price per meal is a bit miss leading. Obviously can't get the meals without the containers.I question some of the ingredients labels. It will say whole wheat bun or tortilla ect, instead of listing the ingredients they are made from. Whole Wheat bun or tortilla ect are not ingredients, many instances of this on labels.The customer service is low level. Brought back a meal that caused stomach pains, the employee wasn't concerned and told me to call the company #, like I was interrupting his tv show he was watching. The # I called (from the website)was a voice message from the company saying not to leave a message to instead email. I did and explained the issue, no response to the email.Be sure to read the long terms of agreement. If something goes bad with the food, the company has pretty much covered every angle for themselves for any liability. If your ok with it great but it should be something a customer is aware of.It's always an issue getting an in store receipt. I've had to ask for a hand written receipt. I won't be ordering from this place again.
