Gentleman did nothing to help me. Rather he suggested to don’t care. Very embarrassing

I ordered from door dash for pickup and it was taking a little longer … the staff was so kind and offered me some cookies for making me wait. Very kind and accommodating and sandwiches are awesome

An update to my previous post. Spoke to the owner. She offered to replace the heroes which I did. She took the order personally and the heroes were made and marked correctly. Much better experience than prior. Thank you.

3 strikes and I'm out. All bad experiences. Slow service, heros made incorrectly and most recently my order was late, 5 sandwhiches all marked incorrectly, made incorrectly and most importantly the gluten free hero was not marked. Tried to get a refund but their customer service is impossible. Will never go there again.

I enjoyed my club sub; the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient. The only con was that some of the tables were dirty and they needed to be wiped down. Nonetheless, my lunch was delicious.

the cookies were terrible. I was waiting for so long. seemed like a bunch of poor, inexperienced kids with no one more experienced there to guide them. not the kids' faults. and usually I don't mind a wait but I was there for 20 minutes with barely a line.

Jersey Mike's is hands down the best sub shop I've ever been to. The sandwiches are always made with the freshest ingredients and the bread is perfectly soft and flavorful. The variety of toppings and condiments allows for a customized and delicious meal every time. A definite must-visit for sub enthusiasts!Not to mention the GREAT STAFF, that keeps me coming back

Went for dinner at 5pm Sunday, ordered 2 cold sandwiches 1 hot sandwich. Recieved the cold sandwiches right away and waited almost 30 minutes for the hot one. You tell me what the problem is?
