People working there were nice. Trained and followed their process. Which did not really help me understand what they had to offer. Big business, not like a deli. The food was ok, for a Subway. Bread was same as subway. Coming to Long Island and serving that bread must be embarrassing for them. Meats were not deli quality. It was ok...at the Subway level. Price was insanely expensive and they asked me for a tip on top of that! I don't know who this Jersey Mike guy is, but he doesn't know much about deli quality food. If he is going to overcharge his customers he should pay his people a fair wage and not have them beg for tips. I'd vote for him to go back to Jersey. I have no idea why people want to go to this place to over pay for over processed nonsense. The people working there were nice. Worth saying twice. #GTFOH

the cookies were terrible. I was waiting for so long. seemed like a bunch of poor, inexperienced kids with no one more experienced there to guide them. not the kids' faults. and usually I don't mind a wait but I was there for 20 minutes with barely a line.

HI, Let me start off , I always liked Jersey Mike in Massapequa Park, but I think that has come an end. I recently ordered a GIANT hero from them . It was nothing extraordinary just a roast beef with provolone and mayo. I asked for extra meat. When the order arrived I did a double take due the fact there was 3 slices of beef , one slice of provolone , and the mayo. I said let me understand this I just paid 27.00 for a large hero to just eat bread? ?....i called the store immediately, and of course the manager was nowhere in sight...what a ripoff this place turned out to be....dont order from here go to a deli and get a regular hero that's properly made and at a much lower cost.....

I honestly love Jersey Mikes. I am a big supporter of small businesses, don't get me wrong, but sometimes a quick and easy sandwich is just what you need. I always get the super sub on the rosemary parm bread. The staff has always been helpful and kind and I've never have a significant issue with my order. Even with delivery the food is good, but I do live relatively nearby. Now that I'm thinking about it I may need it sooner rather than later.

Jersey Mike's is hands down the best sub shop I've ever been to. The sandwiches are always made with the freshest ingredients and the bread is perfectly soft and flavorful. The variety of toppings and condiments allows for a customized and delicious meal every time. Went for dinner at 5pm Sunday, ordered 2 cold sandwiches 1 hot sandwich. Recieved the cold sandwiches right away and waited almost 30 minutes for the hot one. You tell me what the problem is?
Overjoyed to have a location so close to home. It's clean, the staff is friendly, and, of course, the food is amazing. A bit expensive, but I'd say it's entirely worth it.
