The food is great. The owner is great. The chef is great. Can’t go wrong.

Went for a birthday celebration. The food was tasty and not overly priced. Our server was also the owner and the chef's husband. He is definitely the conversational type when he has down-time which we liked. My mom doesn't eat meat and went with the mock-duck, which she enjoyed.I ate the drunken noodle [actual] duck dish which was delicious. Spiciness made to request.I recommend parking in the rear, not on the street out front.Vegetarian options: Meatless dishes available, "mock" items also available.Wheelchair accessibility: One in our party uses a wide wheelchair. He had to get up for us to get it through the door, but it seemed like a regular sized one would have no problem. Bathroom is also on the same level, and sizable if I remember correctly.

Hands down the most authentic Thai spot on LI. High quality ingredients and isn’t sloppy or greasy like all the other places. Owner is a delight and Chef is on point. Finally a gem in Massapequa.

I ordered drunken noodles, pad thai, thai spring rolls, and thai iced tea. It was my first time. The food quality was really great. The owner of this restaurant was so nice and friendly. So far this drunken noodles and pad thai are the best in Long Island.I will definitely order more.Highly recommended!!!!!

This restaurant has absolutely been my all time favorite Authentic Thai cuisine for a very long time. Staff members and owners are also Always welcoming, especially when there’s one singular culinary chef cooking everyone’s food all at once, so patience is certainly needed. Just went again last night w/ all my friends. I also wanted to mention there was a rude woman last night demanding for food… @shah. I remember her interrupting everyone’s meal by emphasizing her entitlement to be served food when in multiple cases were explained that the chef was catching up in all orders and how they were no longer taking anyone else’s orders for the rest of the night. My friends and I saw everything that went down between management and the oddly dramatic woman. I know for a fact that the owner tells everyone proudly how his wife single handily makes everyone’s order every night 7 days a week all the time. So the fact that this specific woman comments that she goes to this restaurant all the time is a lie because everyone that consistently goes to Khamdee either to Dine in or to take out already knows there is one person in the kitchen cooking. It’s the quality of the food that matters and the fact Wan Pen makes her food perfectly every time is outstanding. ❤️

I've been to this restaurant over 15 times - it used to be my favorite Thai place on LI, and I've taken multiple people as well. I've previously read reviews about the poor customer service, but had not experienced it myself prior to yesterday. On a Saturday night, we went in around 7:45, when the website listed a closing time of 8:45. Half of the tables in the restaurant were empty, but he said he wasn't seating anyone because they had an hour and a half delay - I said we didn't mind waiting (again - I used to love this place and have been over 15 times) and he started yelling at me about how busy he was and how his two phones were ringing off the hook. He had previously said he wasn't accepting take-away orders either, and then told me I could place a take-away order and return in 1.5 hours to pick it up. The way he spoke to me & raised his voice was so extremely disrespectful. And not only did he yell at me, he also yelled at his staff member about how busy they were. He said "that's what happens at a good restaurant, don't come back if you don't want to." I will absolutely NEVER be coming back. Good food does not make up for poor management and HORRIBLE customer service.

Went here for their Gluten Free options and WOW this place is amazing for anyone with celiac! We ordered soup & salad to start every bite was full of flavor! For our main we had the basil fried rice with fried tofu & vegetables & Pad Thai with chicken. Everything was delicious the service was excellent. Will be back soon!

My husband and I visited this restaurant after reading numerous good reviews about it on Google, and I must say, we loved it! There are no Thai restaurants in my Uniondale/East Meadow area so we were looking forward to it. This restaurant offers an exquisite range of authentic Thai food that captivates your palate in a way like never before. The menu had a great assortment of dishes. From the tangy chicken and spicy pork to the amazing mango salad, each dish showcased a perfect blend of different flavors that harmoniously worked together to deliver an excellent eating experience. What really sets this restaurant apart is its impressive service. The owner Daniel was very attentive and accommodating, consistently ensuring that our dining experience was comfortable and pleasant. He also shared some info on Thai culture which was a nice bonus.I usually refrain from offering reviews because I don't like to encourage long wait times at restaurants I like, but this place is too good to keep to myself. I will surely be coming back to dine in, as well as ordering takeout.

I have order takeout from here a few times in the past but decided to dine in with my wife. The Green Curry and other curry entrees are some of the best we’ve had.Presentation of all the dishes was very nice. The server was also very attentive. Some of the entrees were lacking the depth of flavors we had expected especially for the price. For massapequa standards,Khamadee Thai is a very good value, presentation, and flavor. The other two Asian restaurants on Merrick road in massapequa is very very lacking on all the levels for the price. We will be back for the Curry Entrees that is for sure?
