Always a great experience and the NYC Vibe is truly the best!!!! The food is absolutely amazing .... Sometimes we eat at the bar and we love it. Always busy great crowd and the Cosmo's are my fav!!! This week we had our company Christmas party and everything was amazing, everyone loved it...Thank you to Mike and Stacey for all you do to always make it a wonderful experience. Warm & friendly local, excellent, attentive service and well-made, flavorful menu items. Decided to try after we saw actor/rapper Ice-T was a recent guest. The complimentary bread basket had a nice selection of warm focaccia squares topped with San Marzano tomato, sliced olive and crisp flatbread. We started with a bottle of Chianti and a piping-hot bowl of Stracciatella, a perfect combination of comforting chicken broth, fresh spinach & egg followed by Clams Casino topped with pancetta, roasted peppers, garlic and panko crumbs. Mains were Penne Bolognese and Short Rib pasta, both were cooked to a nice chew and had a great depth of meaty flavors.

I don't typically write reviews but this is important. I'm utterly speechless with HOW AWFUL this restaurant is. We had high hopes walking in but after waiting three hours for our entrees, we were told they don't accommodate parties after 7:00pm! Our food finally arrived and half the orders were incorrect. One of our friends asked the server to correct it and the response she received was downright nasty- so rude & unprofessional. I've never experienced such a combative individual in my life. Fast forward to the bill, surprisingly it was incorrect. Another person in our party went to the manager to fix it and was assaulted, yelled at and (the kicker) HAD A DRINK THROWN AT HER by our lovely server!!!! Do NOT go to this establishment. The staff, management and even the owner should be ashamed at how they conduct business.
My wife and I visited on Thanksgiving Eve, and while the atmosphere was great when we first arrived, the night went downhill fast.
We waited about 15 minutes before anyone came over to us. When the bartender finally did, we tried to order appetizers, only to find out one after another wasnât available. The first item we wanted was âsold out for the first time in 14 months,â and then two more appetizers that were printed on both the physical and online menus were also unavailable. It really started to feel like every time we asked for something, the answer was âno.â
One of the items we asked for was on the printed menu but apparently hasnât been available for over four months â which was confusing. The bartender then suggested we try the flatbread pizza instead, so we went with that recommendation⊠only to be told later that the person who makes the pizzas had already gone home. It was 9:30 PM the night before Thanksgiving, the restaurant was still open until 11:00, and it was one of the busiest nights of the year. For an Italian restaurant, it was shocking how many staples they couldnât actually make.
Iâm writing this not as a rant or spam and definitely not as someone who was rude or difficult. We were polite the whole time and even knew other people dining there that night. We love supporting small businesses in the community, and we really wanted this place to be great. I hope they improve things â especially menu accuracy, inventory, and staffing â but based on this experience, we wonât be returning.*** Before we see spam , I Sat at the bar there was no reservation and my name was on the card .

Amazing place! Food was outstanding, service was extremely friendly and fast (thank you Carmela). The restaurant had unmatched cleanliness and the drinks were excellent. There was not one area that was missed. Owner and his wife greeted us, which is always a warm and inviting touch. Mangia y Bevi knocked it out of the park and my wife and I canât wait to go back. 10/10!

The server took it off the bill, and I want to be clear that none of this felt like her fault personally. She was doing her best. It was just one issue after another.
For two martinis, three beers, one small appetizer, and two entrĂ©es, the bill was very expensive â which made everything even more disappointing given how the night went. The food didnât match the price at all, and the chicken parm was almost inedible â way too thick, and both plates had bones in the chicken. It wasnât generously portioned; it was just thick in a bad way and very unappetizing.
