This place is a birthday centenary place, lots going on and it is an open floor plan. So it is super loud, good was basic Italian so I can get it elsewhere
My wife & I visited Patrizia's in Massapequa Park on Saturday 4/6/24. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and offered a table for two near the front window. We had the family style menu. Our server Johnny was amazing. We asked him for a few substitutions on the menu that we could not eat and there was never a moment of hesitation. The food was awesome. They did not rush us like some other places we have visited. He was friendly and attentive. As always, there was too much to eat and we wrapped several items to go. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Lauren was our Waitress and I give her absolutely all-around top ratings! She was personable and professional from the moment we set eyes on her. She's friendly, welcoming and very attentive. Refills were done almost Ninja-style, lol; refilled before I realized I needed it! Her menu suggestions were excellent. The food was excellent--thank you Chef! She made my boyfriend's restaurant choice a positive experience. We'll definitely be back. His relatives will definitely visit soon. The entire wait-staff was pleasant and attentive.
It's too bad because the food is great if you go to the restaurant, but their delivery is absolutely terrible. Always incorrect orders, always late and lukewarm orders. I used to order from them consistently but each and every one of the last several orders has been problematic, and unapologetically so. Lost a customer.
