I walked in around 6pm. You would think they were closed they had barely anything including some of the r good dips. There looked like kids running the place with no clue about customer service he drop the cup and spilled about 8 pieces and said he would replace but only put 3 pieces back because that’s what was left. Then when paying it asking for a tip like the big jar with the note asking for tips wasn’t enough. Sorry but you’re putting pieces in a container and they ask for a tip. Out of control I blame the owner you need adults running your store.

out of all the pretzel factory's this is the worst they never have anything ready to go and if you ask if they would make you something the answer in no like pretzel hotdogs I walk into any other one they say it will take 15 minutes sure will make you more or fresh ones here the attitude always sucks and it's only what we have out so basically nothing I go out of my way to deer park I will never come in to this location ever again

Picked up my order the tray is not full I can see the bottom. I order all the time this was the first time the tray was half empty. I said something to the young person they said it was because I ordered half hot dogs half pretzel but that's my normal order. This tray is always a big hit at gatherings. I know it's a holiday & I feel bad for staff. I printed my receipt and had it most people didn't have receipts and were picking up orders at wrong time and staff could find their orders. I guss I will not be ordering anymore on a holiday.

I got their pretzel twists with cheese dipping sauce. I got really bad dood poisoning. Won't eat here again.

I go to this place once a week. The staff is always friendly and the pretzels are delicious!!!
Very disappointing. I made an online order that went through and made sure the location I ordered from was open as well. When I arrived to pickup my order the doors were closed with no one inside. Very upset.

My goodness I ordered the mini dog pretzels it had no taste the dough was super dry as if it was made from an old left over dough never again

They make great party platters . I ordered a platter for same day pickup and it was ready when I got there. The staff is very friendly and the pretzels were great. I will be back again !
