Excellent warm pretzels right out of the oven . The pretzels were delicious, spongy and had the perfect amount of salt on them. There were many complimentary dips to choose from and I went with the deli mustard. The mustard was perfect with just the right amount of horseradish. Will definitely return when in the area.

Very disappointing. I made an online order that went through and made sure the location I ordered from was open as well. When I arrived to pickup my order the doors were closed with no one inside. Very upset.

They make great party platters . I ordered a platter for same day pickup and it was ready when I got there. The staff is very friendly and the pretzels were great. I will be back again !
Arrive at 6:58 to buy one pretzel for my daughter. The door was open. As I was walking in, I decided to buy 6 so we would have for tomorrow. The lady at the register said "we're closed". I Informed her it wasn't 7:00 yet and I just wanted a few pretzels. She repeated "we're closed". I went back to my car to call my daughter to see if she wanted anything else. As I sat there I unbelievably watched the employee take all of the pretzels that were on the counter under the lamp (the ones I was going to buy) and dump the entire thing in the garbage. What a waste of money and loss of a sale. Absolutely ridiculous.

Terrific old school pretzels. Great prices. I like to bring ‘em home warm or heat ‘em up, but butter on ‘em (yup butter), and enjoy ‘em with a crisp cold beer. Just like I remember doing in Munich.

Pretzels? Good. Service? Absolutely abysmal. A Saturday afternoon I came to pick up my 215 order at 245 and waited until 330 until it was ready. This was the case with several people that came in after me. Children working, not an adult to be seen with a line out the door. What an awful experience - the manager/owner whomever should be mortified

Manager here Joe was exceptional. Had a very busy day and line. I made a mistake with my order and location. He was extremely accommodating and got on the phone with other location having my order ready within minutes. Didn’t have to do it but it was very appreciated. And the food as always is top notch.
