In town from out of state and came in last night for dinner and I was surprised to see there was live entertainment. The performers were great Elvis, Kenny Rogers and Barbara Streisand. Food was excellent. We had penne vodka and a gnocchi dish and they were humongous portions. Also had garlic knots which were the best I’ve ever had. Our waitress was very sweet. Id said that I wished I could have eaten pizza too since I miss ny pizza and she sent us home with a few slices. Will definitely return next time we come back to ny.Dietary restrictions: They had gluten free pizza

The pizza is not all that tasty aside from the oil used to cook it.The dough and sauce are bland.Tried the ricotta spinach slice which was good reheated but it was mostly due to the garlic and oily dough that made it crispy after reheating at home.Pizza also seems to be cooked on a wire rack cook marks on the bottom of the pizzas.It’s ok pizza but the location and large seating room is good for highs school kids.

Good pizzeria in the south gate shopping center, plenty of parking ..friendly staff, variety of pies, and other Italian dishes, I particularly like the grandma vodka slice, it was very good, they have appetizers, salads, pastas, wings, and other entrées,,a pleasant dining experience

Great local spot. Pizza is delicious and is perfectly crispy. Garlic knots are a must.
We ordered take out. 2 dinners, each one could serve 2 people easily. The food was delicious. Chicken parm no cheese and spaghetti and meatballs. The sauce was excellent, a little kick not too much. The meatballs were all meat, no breadcrumbs.We picked it up and the counter staff was very polite and made sure we received our salads. Very caring atttitude. Highly recommend!

Visit Date: December 27, 2023My friend Dave G, who runs Top Shelf Karaoke just got a gig here so for two weeks in a row I have stopped by Sgambati's to eat pizza and do karaoke.The staff is very friendly and if you have a foodie card you get 20% off. The pizza place itself is very spacious which is good for the karaoke. Last night I bought my son and he loved the french fries. My 7 year old is a french fry connoisseur.The food is great, last night I had the olive slice, you could taste the olives but they tasted good and garlic knots which had a good amount of oil but I like oil. The week before I got a cappuccino and dessert, I had their cinnamon dessert knots.I'm pleased with Sgambati's and I hope Dave can have a long time gig here!

Extremely disappointed in this restaurant and the slice app they use. I attempted to order food from a local restaurant in Wisconsin, and the Slice app allowed me to order through a restaurant with the same name in New York. Once I identified that it I was clearly unable to pick up the order neither the restaurant or the Slice app would refund my money. In the end both the Slice app and the restaurant benefit and the consumer is penalized. Disappointed neither the restaurant or the app have tools in place to prevent orders like this. Appears this was not the first time and probably won't be the last. Again both the app and the restaurant will benefit.**The restaurant responded and claims that I was refunded. That is inaccurate, I did not receive a refund.**

I stopped into this place on Tuesday for a couple of slices for lunch but discovered that they have Tuesday pasta specials. I ordered the Baked Ziti! The portion was in a word: colossal ! And extremely delicious. After the waitress brought over my salad(included) and then my Ziti, plus e meatball on the side, the owner(Damien) approached me and asked me if I was enjoying my lunch. I definitely was. This restaurant is super clean, the a staff is super nice and I left with enough leftovers for another meal. Delicious food and great and friendly service at reasonable prices. Who could ask for anything more!!! I highly reccomend this restaurant!!!

Wow you thought crostini was bad be prepared for a whole new level. Ordered a chicken roll it was 12 dollars with no sauce on the side!!!! Food is average as well. Juan Jarvis feels bad because I love small business and the girl at the counter was extremely professional. I won't ever go back, but if I do I'll make sure to cut off my fingers because I'm sure that's how much they will charge for a plate of pasta.
